This company is incapable of creating and selling shirts with consistent sizing. I ordered 3 shirts in my normal "Large" size - only one fit, and I had to return the others because they were WAY BIG! Considering shipping costs (both ways), the one shirt that fit cost me a fortune! Then I saw an ad for other Royaura shirts I liked. So I order both in "Medium" hoping these might somehow fit. Received them and they were HUGE, like tents, despite their "Medium" sizing. I am 6-0,200 pounds with broad shoulders and a 32" waist, 17" arms. Haven't worn anything labeled "Medium" since my teen years - "Large" is my size. Complained and once again was forced to pay return shipping costs. This time NOTHING I ordered fit, despite every effort to make suitable adjustments. PLUS one shirt was really ugly, muddy colors that looked nothing like their ad - obviously the photo had been digitally altered. Don't bother. You will lose money and most surely end up disappointed.
I ordered some shirts and 3 shirts arrived. One fit me fine, and the other two shirts were WAY TOO BIG! Go figure - all labeled Large. I have been trying to get help from their "No Customer Service" for a week now. You would think they might offer an 800 phone line. But NO, they insist on endless e-mail. I have received over 30 e-mails from Royaura. I need to return two shirts, and they did offer an address where I can send them (at my OWN expense, though the sizing problem is theirs). Now the address is lost. What a hassle! So I'm out the money. PLUS, "Royaura" now pops up everywhere, every Google search, every Web navigation. Get OFF me please! And find a way to give me my money back for the two shirts I cannot wear. How about pick up the phone and CALL ME! It's simple. Geez!
I've been a fan of Royaura's shirts (and hate to admit I still am), I have many. They had good prices and I get tons of compliments. 2 pairs of pants and two shirts were not up to snuff, and they gave partial credit on those (better than paying to ship back). But this past fall I ordered 3 Jackets of various alleged warmth and weather-protection levels. What i got was 3 misfits. The most expensive, premium jacket was smaller than a child's medium (I'm very large adult and can barely get 1 arm into the thing). The middle-priced one came in a too-small women's color and model (eg baby-blue and buttons and zipper on the wrong side). The third item was not the color ordered, but sort-of fits. If it were only the last item I would still be doing business with Royaura. I went thru their return process THREE TIMES and got NO response. I sent emails, as I had 2 personal shoppers but got no responses there, either. While they are a Hong Kong-based company their English is excellent, so that would not have been a problem. I have entered complaints on other rating sites and they respond as if they are just hearing this for the first time and want to help thru their site. They've done nothing when I've made further attempts at direct contact, so this is Deception.
Scammers! Do not order here, you will not receive your order and they will offer an refund of 80% and never refund yoiu.
Waitimg for my refund for months and they keep saying the same: please wait for it to be processed.
Did not receive my order. Ordered and paid 09-10. Track and trace says my order was deliverd, i contacted DHL and they inform me my postal code is not the postcal code of the track and trace. My camera doorbel shows nobody came. The best Royaura will do is refund 80% on the item, shipping cost 0%. After confirming i email again and they send me to Homedress and the same conversation begins: your order was delivered, did you check wit family or friend in your house, we will contact DHL... And now they offer me $25 refund. I paid $31,38 for the item and $9.99 shipping cost. Do not order here!

Deeply disappointed. Took a month to get what I ordered. Tracking was clearly bogus. What I ordered looked plush and warm. What I got was a thin sweater that, when held up allowed light to pass right through. Cheap, cheesy. What I saw was Saks 5th Avenue. What I got was Ross Dress for Less. I'm certain that Royaura will respond to this with some canned response in Americanese about how they're "caught off guard". Trust me, they're not. Heed these reviews- save time and
I purchased two shirts from Royaura and actually have no complaints about them.
However, I then went back to their website to see if I might be interested in purchasing something else and discovered multiple items with Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party logos and not one item with Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party logos.
I am a 27-year U.S. Army retiree with combat-related PTSD (70% disability) who has also been a registered Democrat for over 20 years.
The most insulting are items with the logo describing Post Traumatic Stress disease or PTSD as "Pretty Tired of Stupid Democrats". I see these items as a personal attack on myself and all veterans who suffer from PTSD who are Democrats, especially in this election year.
I have written directly to the company, requesting that those items either be removed or that they create similar items that have anti-Trump and anti-Republican Party logos. No action has been taken by them.
The Pro-Donald Trump, Pro-Republican Party and anti-Democratic Party items are still being sold and no Anti-Trump, anti-Republican Party or Pro-Democratic Party have been made available to purchase.
Don't waste your time or money. Impossible to process a return. They do not respond to requests for returns. They only blast you with ads.

Never received my order and would not answer any of my emails. Have copies of all my effect of trying to contact this company. Called credit card company dispute charges waited until today to give them another day to respond either by email or text back from one I received from them for more sales.

The description of the shirts are somewhat accurate on the website. The shirts do wash up well. However trying to return a shirt is a real pain. They seem to want you to cover the cost, which can be half the cost of the shirt. Since it's such a hassle I am donating the shirt to not profit and will take the deduction. I don't think I will buy from them again.

Pic on website showed a waffle weave texture with bright high-contrast colors. What I received was a flat matte fabric, similar to a cheap bedsheet with a print. There was no texture. Heavily edited pictures on this website. If you do buy from them, make sure it's paypal or some other means of getting your money back. You likely won't be happy, shirt is junk. The one on the website shows a lot of white -- quite a bit different than what I got. If you can imagine the texture of a clearance type bed sheet from a big box W*mart type store, that would be the fabric. Very low thread count. Nothing good to say about it. Website 24/7 chat feature - of course didn't work, no one available so I opened a dispute with PayPal.

The shirts I spent good money on the shirts; It was nothing that looked like in the web-site! It was misrepresentation! Delivery time was a snails pace! I got billed prior to receiving the items; which I was not happy about. If you want to give your hard earned money away; try drinking or pot! It is a much better than throwing your money away with these on line bandits! You have been warned!
