If I could put Zero stars I would. If you want a bad experience after spending your hard earned money, sign up for Royal Holiday vacation club. This is the worst way to spend your money. They lie to you, they take your money on false promises and then seem to laugh in your face. We have unfortunately been in a terrible relationship with this scam company for 23 years. I have been unable to even sell my membership. That is just how bad of a deal time shares are. Every time you try to book a vacation through them they never have what you want available. We used the service twice since we have joined. The first time we went to Disneyworld I would rate that experience a 2 at best. The second time we went to Miami. The hotel accommodations were another 2. They promise 4 and 5 star hotels but the best you might get is a 3. If someone comes to you with Royal Holiday, Run!.

Will tell you anything to get you to buy but won't deliver. Very little chance of booking when and where you want. When you do stay somewhere, you'll be in a one-star property that you'll end up pay as much or more for in additional fees than you could have booked online somewhere. Stuck with maintenance fees that go up and up. Total scam

Royal holiday club is a waste of money. The places you want to go to are seldom if ever available. The maintenance fees increase every year. Please do not buy a timeshare or a royal holiday vacation club membership. Your money is better spent just saving your money and taking the vacation you really want. Royal Holiday sucks!

Royal Holiday Club just wants your money.
My membership is totally worthless.
I can book much cheaper vacations on Expedia.
Also, RHC staff has no integrity.
They are lazy and lie with no remorse.
RHC only wants your money...

Be careful if you're approached by any salespeople affiliated with this company. For starters, they don't know how to take "no" for an answer and will harass you for hours until you agree to a membership. Stay persistent and walk away! A membership with these people is miserable! They will entice you with free vacation nights included in your contract, and then make you pay money for your stay anyways, on top of the insane annual fees. We've spoken to four different, "clueless" reps about canceling and we're still being redirected between departments. Shady people who don't know how to honor a contract. It's no wonder there's a class action lawsuit underway.

As members for a number of years, we have found that we do save $$ on our vacations. The down side to this is that it is a lot of work to ensure you can find a flight & that they have rooms available in your chosen resort. Once we do book a resort and pay with our credit card, within a short time the credit card is compromised and we have to go thru the steps of calling to report fraudulent purchases, cancel the card & wait for a new one. Note that the credit card for this transaction is only used a couple times a year and the fraud is always after a Royal Holiday payment. My last disappointment is during Covid when we couldn't fly anywhere, Royal Holiday refused to let us carry over our points, hence we paid 3 years for nothing.

Our family purchased a membership and completed our contractual obligation paying on time each year EVEN as our dues increased, points value decreased, quality and quantity of availability decreased. We received confirmation from RH that we met our obligation, but they want us to sign a release. What? We've done our part, and signing a release was not a part of the original agreement. Now RH is calling us asking to pay 2023 dues and threatening harassment. BUYER BEWARE!"

The sales rep was very friendly and went out of his way to answer all of our questions. We decided to try it out to see if we couldn't get down to Mexico for cheaper than we have in the past. Overall the experience was wonderful and we have recommended them to our friends.

My experience with Royal Holiday was one filled with honesty and integrity. I have not signed up for their service as of right now but I can tell you that I dealt with a young man who was straightforward and honest with me. I contacted Royal Holiday when I ran across them looking for an all-inclusive vacation to Mexico. It is my wife's dream to visit the indigenous ruins in the Yucatan peninsula. I thought it might be a good surprise to book us a vacation in that neck of the woods.

Our vacation was wonderful, thanks to our Royal Holiday Vacation membership and the wonderful staff at our resort in Mexico. Worth every penny.

I have always wanted to travel to lots of different places, and my membership finally lets me do that without breaking the bank! We've been on a cruise this year and stayed at a few different resorts in the Caribbean; I would highly recommend getting a membership with Royal Holiday if you're on the fence.

It was a fantastic vacation and so good for us to get away! I was a little nervous to travel outside of the country as I never had before, but Royal Holiday made it a breeze.

Royal Holiday is just amazing! We have been with them for quite some time now and they just exceed our expectations every time. They are extremely helpful and answer all our questions. The staff is always so great to work with and I know that I can talk to anyone and they will give me the same answer. I am so glad that I went with Royal Holiday and my family always talks about how they want to go back. You cannot go wrong with choosing them over other competitors because they are straightforward and have no hidden fees or sales.

We have been members with Royal Holiday for quite some time now. We have gone on a multitude of vacations and have always had an amazing time. Recently we had a vacation planned for Christmas to go to Cancun. We were very excited to enjoy the beaches of Cancun instead of the snow. Unfortunately my husband had an accident which has since changed those plans until he can get better. We were worried that we would not be able to cancel our vacation and reschedule it for another time.

There are so many different vacation types. Whether we want to do an all-inclusive resort or on a cruise, we always find the right vacation, thanks to Royal Holiday!

I appreciate Royal Holiday and the standards they hold to be honest and upfront. I have had different vacation memberships in the past, and Royal Holiday Vacation Club is by far the best customer experience I have had.
