We lucked out with the most perfect vacation thanks to Royal Holiday. I've traveled to Mexico a few times and wanted to have an all-inclusive vacation this year. We chose Cancun and Royal Holiday helped us set up the rest. I am so grateful they have such affordable vacations and memberships.

They are the biggest scam artists in the industry. Almost paid $7k and realized the destinations I wanted to go too were not available and they were going to go thru another company which would have cost the same as using an app or travel agent. Completely aggressive and rude when you get thru to the 5th manager. Hilarious when they keep sending one person after the other.

I really like the RentSure program with Royal Holiday Vacation Club. It's an optional benefit for vacation club members, and it's worth giving it a try, it's given my family and me so many more options and flexibility. Whenever I have used Royal Holiday, I am not disappointed.

All the resorts I have traveled to with Royal Holiday have been top-notch. Plus, there's something for everyone; whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family looking for some family-friendly fun, Royal Holiday Vacation Club has it all.

Stay clear of this company! We owned 3 timeshares, Royal Holiday was the third timeshare. Because my husband and I are seniors and can no longer travel and our kids didn't want these timeshares, we have gotten out of the other two timeshares with no problem. We had to get a lawyer to help us get out of Royal Holiday and even they have been unsuccessful in terminating our timeshare contract, so we are going to have to default on it. I have NEVER heard of a company not allowing you out of a contract. BEWARE you have been warned about Royal holiday!

Los Cabos was beautiful and relaxing. We loved our vacation here and can't wait to plan the next trip. This CLub let's us travel more and save more.

Royal Holiday Club is a scam! My parents are members of Royal Holiday Club, but every time they try to book the answers is always that the hotel is not available… No matter which hotel is or where it is… Plus, they often ask for money on top of the HC (holiday credit).
And that's just the cherry on top of the cake, there are some many more thing about this DODGY COMPANY to say…

Neither of us were sure what to expect and we were basically crossing our fingers and hoping for the best. I'm happy to say that we just returned from our vacation and we had a blast. The room was big and most importantly it was clean and with a view of the ocean. We had so much fun and cannot wait until we can go again.

Its been more years that I can tell you that I've wanted to take a cruise. We had such an amazing time I'd recommend anybody and everybody to go and do it.

The hotel we stayed at was absolutely breathtaking. Every single solitary night we sat on our very private balcony and enjoyed the sunset with a glass of wine. It was my favorite part of the entire trip. This was my best vacation ever, i got value for every penny I spent. Peace.

We are all a bunch of adventure buffs and took full advantage of all the amenities, sights, and sounds of life when we went to Ixtapa. Royal Holiday does an amazing job and I am so glad we signed up with them. If not there would have been no way we would have been able to enjoy everything that we ended up being able to do.

A couple we're really close with returned from Tequisquiapan raving about their stay in that magical town. Having spent lots of time with them, we knew our interests and likes to be identical so off to La Rinconada we went. We had an equally good time. And we're planning to return with the couple as a foursome.

Our gastronomy passion was more than satisfied at Playa del Carmen's Grand Riviera Princess. There are eight, yes eight, diverse cultures represented in its specialty restaurants alone. I'm not counting the buffets. And never fear fitness fanatics, you have a world class fitness center and multiple tennis courts to burn those calories.

We're fairly new members to this budget-friendly and hassle-free way of vacationing. Knowing their locations are already thoroughly researched and vetted by them eliminates much of the planning leaving more time for the enjoying. Each Mexican location we've been to thus far has been nothing less than stellar and we may very well sample what the entire country has to offer.

First Off, Royal Holiday has this convoluted layer of management. Designed to frustrate and deny customers of any sort of customer service with their processes. Royal Holiday does not care. Visited Puerto Vallarta and the hotel was terrible. The first problem we encountered was that we did not have a reservation. Royal Holiday manager then found our reservation, but it was only for 2 people and only a weeks worth of time. The trip was for 4 people and 2 weeks. The Royal Holiday manager finally got their act together, and disclosed the proper reservation. Finally we were able to get our room. The room was dirty. Hair all over the carpet. Stains on the furniture, we had to have the maids come back and clean the carpet twice. I asked for the some extra towels and royal holiday employees said, No! All the restaurants in the hotel were over crowded and very busy. 1 Hour wait. Also my daughter had cracker crumbs in her food? Suppose to be a nonsmoking hotel. Didn't matter, people still smoked by the pool. The place is a joke. Royal Holiday does hold its employees accountable. Royal Holiday makes excuses for employees bad behavior.

Park Royal Beach Resort Cancún had it all for us. It's on our list of spots to return to once we exhaust some more of the endless options. Whether we were lazing on the white sandy beach or eagerly exploring Chichen Itza, we were always smiling. My experience with them has been awesome!

I don't know if we could have picked a better resort, but this was an incredible and memorable vacation. Cancun is beautiful and the people are so friendly. It's already on our schedule for the whole family later this year. I didn't expect the vacation be be the way it was but RoyalHoliday really changed my perception.

For my son's graduation gift he wanted to go to Mexico on a family vacation. I started searching a couple years in advance and came across Royal. I am happy to say that not only did they help in planning a vacation but it turned out wonderfully. I'm definitely using them for subsequent vacation.

This is a shoutout and a thank you to the wonderful people who worked at the hotel where we stayed during our recent Royal Holiday vacation. Everyone looking for a wonderful holiday should stay at our Royal Holiday hotel in Puerto Vallarta.

I'm really glad I chose Royal Holiday for my vacation, and my family always speaks about wanting to go again. You can't go wrong with them over their competitors since they are honest and forthright.
