I was not satisfied with the product. I returned it and am waiting for my refund.

Beautiful bracelet. I wasn't sure of the size but it fits perfectly and I'd like to buy two more, only I can't find them at the same price.

I thought there were some good items to choose from. The site wouldn't allow me to filter down to exactly what I wanted. The item was as pictured but definitely looked larger than what I received and wasn't as nice as the picture made it look. There was space in the bracelet (throughout) that you couldn't really see in the picture.

I'm a fan, I love Ross-Simon, I bought 2 dangle pink pearl earring. And ear cuffs, and looking for more..

Previously, I bought and received a paperclip style necklace with 3 flower charms. I then bought 2 additional charms, and this current order of 2 more charms. I love that each charms has a spring-ring clasp so I can mix and match the charms. I've purchased several items from Ross-Simons and have never had a year problems.

Ordering was very easy! Customer service was top notch. The necklace I received exceeded my expectation! The quality was great and I can't wait to wear it on my upcoming vacation.

Beautiful gold bead bracelet with a ruby stone. 7 inch fits me perfectly- enough room to handle constant everyday wearing, but snug enough not to catch easily. Is stretchable, which works well with multi layering bracelets!

Have probably dealt with them 30++ years. So far back I can't remember!

The layering clasp end where a bracelet clasp would connect to a flat piece with a holes, had holes that were too small. The layering clasp end that had the ring to attach to a bracelet ring end had clasps that were way too small.that were too small. My bracelets were very small so the layering clasp seemed like it was cheaply made, too small and I was afraid to force anything for fear of bending, or breaking the layering clasp end pieces.

The bracelet itself is pretty, light and trendy, just wish they had more of a choice of sizes, I ordered a7" which just barely fit., I usually wear 7.5 ". The only other option was an 8" that would be way too big. They really need to start making 1/2 sizes for bracelets

Do not like the quality of my purchase. Light and flimsy. And smaller than expected

This seahorse pendant is unique and very lovely. I intend to give this to my wife of 55 plus years for her birthday in July.

Beautiful, came just as described. The 20 inch length is perfect.
