RS sent not one, or two, but SEVEN separate demands that fill out a survey. Okay, I'm filling out the survey. I will also block RS, and never do business with the company again.

Was not aware that Apple Pay was a 2 step process. So if paying with Apple Pay be sure you follow all prompts and get a purchase confirmation. Ross Simons customer service is awesome as well.

I love this concept of two stones, different cuts, put together in a ring---this one with a pearl and a pear shaped sapphire was a great design. Sure the sapphire is dark but it isn't small and this ring is right in style, but I will continue to love it because of the design. A super good deal for a super good looking ring.
