I have difficulty checking out every time a place an online order with Ross-Simon. I do lots of online shopping and don't typically experience a problem. I get messages saying information is missing when I clearly see that it's filled in. It shouldn't be this hard!

Station necklace is very pretty but the chain is very delicate and arrived quite tangled in a tiny plastic pouch. Necklace needs to be hung or will constantly tangle.
