I was asked if I wanted to include a card with the order. Out of habit I said yes and included the sentiment. As usual there was NO card included but no worries, I will never ask for it be again.

I ordered a variety of items and have been ordering from R-S for years. One pair of earrings is broken and the ruby earrings are damaged. I tried to contact the returns department, but, first, 20 attempted calls were dropped. Second, the online department mixed up which item I wanted to return, even though on screen the information was correct. As I said, I am disappointed.

I ordered the 14k gold baby locket for my great granddaughter's first Christmas. I had it engraved with a M for Maci. It arrived very quick seeing as it had to be engraved and it is adorable. She is going to really love it.

Returns are not correct when returning multiple items in the same box. We should only be charged once, not for each return.

I received my chain but then realized I had already purchased one exactly like it. I called to get help returning it. Friendly courteous help. Easy to return.
