I ordered a cat pendant, added a 10k chain to wear it. When I opened the box, I was shocked at houw small the pendant was The details were too miniscule to see. Also the chains I ordered were so small that I wasn't sure if I could even open the clasp. Very disappointed as I had been very impressed with the images of the pendant online.

I placed my order and it arrived before expected. The necklace is beautiful, the packaging was exquisite 👌. Worth every penny!

Little heart earrings are very pretty and small enough to be good for daily wear. I wish the bar catch was a little more substantial given the price.

Nice necklace but chain got tangled in knots during shipping. More care needs to be done with packaging to prevent this.

When I started to put the back on the post of one of the earrings, it completely bent downward. I was able to gently bend it back, though it's not straight. Now, I'm debating whether to return as it's likely to break due to weakness.

I purchased the Italian 14K 7" Paper Clip bracelet. Received the bracelet and was SO disappointed! The weight of this bracelet felt feather light! I paid well over $262 for a "supposedly" 14KT bracelet. I won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed in this product. I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offered me a quick way to return the bracelet. At this time, I will keep the bracelet as reminder to buy at brick and mortar stores!
