These earrings were purchased as a birthday gift and the recipient absolutely loved them! Never disappointed from anything ordered from Ross Simon!
I purchased the Italian 14K 7" Paper Clip bracelet. Received the bracelet and was SO disappointed! The weight of this bracelet felt feather light! I paid well over $262 for a "supposedly" 14KT bracelet. I won't make that mistake again. Very disappointed in this product. I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and offered me a quick way to return the bracelet. At this time, I will keep the bracelet as reminder to buy at brick and mortar stores!
Overall it was easy and straightforward. I really look forward to the arrival of my ring. My mother loved poinsettias. This is my third Christmas without her.
I love the jewelry I purchased from Ross Simmons. I would consider myself a cheap person, but I find that quality is also important. I found the products I wanted with the highest quality, and at a price point that I could work with. Will definitely shop with them again. Plus, shipping was pretty fast as well!
Lovely and not inexpensive earrings, but the clasp does not function properly. I assume they did not do a test/quality check before shipping. We are returning them. Quite disappointing.

Lately I've been disappointed in the product s of Ross simon. The are expensive and small for what you paid.

The pearl had to many surface imperfections at least 5 and the diamonds did not have a genuine look.
