Website was very good; checkout a little cumbersome. Products received on or before expected date. Quality very good; likeness to the photos also very good. Happy with what we bought. Based on previous satisfied purchases I assume these bracelets will hold up well also.
I was excited to order the detangler so I could wear more than one necklace at a time. The piece is too thick to attach my necklaces to unless I force them through. Detaching was even more stressful. They just don't work with delicate jewelry.
