Great experience very user friendly and exceptional quality

I would like to return this item. How do I go about doing so.

I saw the earrings and I loved them but when I went to order them they were sold out. About two weeks later I saw them again even cheaper. I ordered them immediately. It was the last pair. Someone probably returned them. When I got them I loved them until I realized that one of the earrings was missing a stone. I think that it was returned because of the missing stone and then sold to me. I'm very disappointed. Never had a problem before. Unfortunately I used a$50 coupon from a previous purchase to buy a defective item. So I'm out of luck anyway you see it. No earrings, lost $50 coupon and with my luck I'll probably would have to pay to send them back.

Have not shopped with Ross Simon for years but it was easy and I will probably do it again. I was not thrilled with the earrings but they are ok. Photo showed them to bye more blue than the actual earrings received.

Ordered two products. One i was very happy with and the other i returned because it was a little smaller than i thought.

These are nice jade earrings, but a little too large for me. I have returned them.

Love the necklace. I've been searching for a necklace to coordinate with earrings my husband gave me on my 60th birthday. The necklace is beautiful and is perfect. The rings are also pretty. The two side rings seem a bit small when paired with the center one. But lots of sparkle. It's seems to run small in size

Very high quality and workmanship. I have been buying from Ross Simons for over 25 years. I enjoy everything I have purchased over the years and will pass the jewelry on to my children and greatgrand children.

I very rarely write reviews but this ring was SO disappointing and of poor quality and definitely not worth the price. My daughter called and said a stone fell out 2.5 months after she began wearing it which meant I couldn't get a refund.

I ordered this for my mother who is 101 years old and she is in love with it. The cardinal reminds her of my dad who is now in Heaven. The back of it is as pretty as the front side, very good quality.

The two items I ordered are beautiful, however I am returning them. I don't like the backing on the earrings. To flimsy. The necklace is to short. So these will be returned but I did order the necklace in a longer length

I wanted this as a layering piece. If is perfect! The size of the pearl is just right at the neckline.

Beautiful 5 mm herringbone bracelet. Shiny 14 karat gold. It really accents the rest when you have other center called bracelets on. Great communication by Ross and Simons. Highly recommend..
