I bought this for my granddaughter. I also bought a sterling bracelet from another store at the same time. I was worried about getting the Ross-Simons one because i received the other one first and was disappointed by it...The Ross-Simons bracelet was a monogrammed one, and it couldn't be nicer. I am very pleased with both the actual monogram and the bracelet. Will definitely come back!
The post on the earring was too hard to open and close in the latch on the back. I was afraid it would bend the earring and/or the post as well as tear my ear when I tried to take the earring off.

I recently lost a pair of my favorite earrings that were14K yellow gold leverback drop birthstone earrings with 3 stones and I had been looking for weeks when I found a very similar pair on Ross-Simons for a very reasonable price. I loved them so much, I bought a 2nd 14K yellow gold leverback drop birthstone with 2 stones. Both pairs are beautiful!
I wished it came in a jewelry gift box that displayed the necklace instead of a pouch in a box. There should have been something in the gift box such as cotton or an insert to display the necklace. Other than that, it's a beautiful necklace and loved by the recipient.

Great customer experience however, the product I feel just didn't live up to the money being charged. The hot pink crystals appear to be more plastic than Krystal but I could be wrong. They may be in gold, but the crystal itself seemed cheap? Plus the color was off according to the pitcher in the catalog so unfortunately, we will be sending these back, but will most likely give the company another try
