I had trouble on the website placing an order they told me that the earrings were not available so I called and of course the earrings were available and then I saw a larger pair while I was talking to the girl on the phone and was ignored and wound up with a smaller earrings after all. So that was disappointing.

Problem with this order was that I didn't have a reference as to how large they were until I went back and looked at the size of the emeralds I had gotten that were quite a bit larger than the ones I was ordering, and I wanted to get the larger ones the size of the emerald.
