Easy and quick ordering!should check size as smaller size of items than i thought, but still very pretty!

Had some difficulty with original order but customer service was wonderful. When purchasing anklet it does not give a size option. Anklet is beautiful but too small and will need to be returned or worn as a bracelet. When placing order it did say - select size but nothing happens when you try to select. Give a fluffy girl a break and actually offer a size option. If it doesn't fit me it isn't going to fit my mother either. So much for that special Mother's Day gift.

I have been a customer for 20+ years. I trust you. If I don't like the item I can return it. I TRUST YOU. Can't say that for many companies today.

The quality of the items was excellent, but the challenge was making the right choice off of a website, without the opportunity to hold an item in your hand. I am disappointed in the color of the stone in a ring I ordered and one of the set of earrings is much larger than I anticipated. I plan to exchange these items and will know more about Ross Simons customer service after I do this.

The size of the necklace diameter is much smaller than I expected. I am concerned that it will break easily.

I didn't like the chain link bracelet with diamonds I bought it was extremely thin too small even though I measured my wrist and have always gotten a size 7 bracelet my wrist size is 6 1/2 and you couldn't see any diamonds it looked like dots no sparkle at all I'm upset because I really had high hopes and unfortunately I had to return it

I bought a 7ct diamond tennis bracelet. At first seemed sparkly because I had nothing to compare it to. When I visited multiple jewelry stores the quality of the diamonds is very poor. I purchased the bracelet for $5K and every jewelry store I took it to said max $1.5K. This is extremely disappointing, as someone who doesn't know a whole lot about diamonds got royalty screwed over. Never purchasing from them again.

Item was considerably different than the internet picture.
I am in the process of getting a replacement or refund.

Disappointed with the necklace clasp. Very difficult to open and close once you put the necklace on.

Product has yet to arrive ad and In order to keep my obligations, I made an additional purchase locally.

I received an email from vendor with instructions to wait for an additional week to see if product shows up.

I want to pump up Ross-Simons Jewelry for a moment. They have really nice items for a friendlier price and my husband has lovingly purchased me several items over our years together.

I've never had a single issue, except for this ring. It was a Christmas gift and it got damaged on my girls trip in February. Maybe while moving my suitcase or similar, a prong got broken off and a stone was lost. We contacted them when I got home and they took action immediately. They prepaid shipping for a return and planned to fix it. After some time, we were contacted and they explained they didn't have a loose replacement stone that they were happy with the color match and asked if it was ok to send me a brand new one. We said yes and have waited a few weeks for it to arrive. While waiting, I received a very nice note in the mail, which had a small baggie returning the ring sizer I had on the original. It's easy for a company to have great customer service when everything is right, but it shows their true colors when something goes wrong. I highly recommend them!
