The first set of earrings I p[urchased for my wife had loops that were too thick for her ears. We sent them back and then chose another pair that appeared to have thinner loops and that worked. The return process was easy and the free shipping worked well and was fast.
My purchase had to be returned for replacement. One of the earring backs was too tight and could not go on a post. It appeared to be of good quality otherwise.

The ring was beautiful, fit great, and felt like it was good quality but the color was way different than in the picture. It was an aquamarine ring and in the picture it showed a light blue stone. When it arrived, it practically looked clear. Absolutely not what I wanted.

The items were so tiny compared with the ad…these clasps were for an arthritic 80 year older lady to facilitate her putting on a necklace herself. No way this is possible because of the size and they seemed overpriced too.
