This piece is perfect for me. The station is sparkly but not too much for daytime. It's in a steppe design which is not evident in the picture. The size is just right. The chain is unlike any of the pieces that I own. I would encourage anyone to purchase this necklace. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed l

So I ordered a set of Sapphire and White topaz earrings, which were not high-quality. The cut had no symmetry and big cloudy spots. I called Customer Service to replace them with a different pair and was not thrilled with the customer service rep. The second set of earrings I ordered (Sapphire and Sterling love knots) are very nice, but the backs are a problem. I added large sterling silver backs of my own that I had on hand. I have been ordering quite a few things from Ross Simons lately, and I will say that overall, I have been quite happy. I have ordered rubies and a few different strands of pearls.
We are pleased that you were able to find another pair of earrings that worked for you! Earring backs are available as part of an accessory kit, as well as individually. This is a great option if you ever need to order another size, or just want to keep extras on hand. Also, many of our semi-precious stones are in a natural state. You will see characteristics in the stone that occur naturally and do not have the surface polish of a finished, high-polished stone. This is what allows us to sell these pieces at reasonable prices. All calls are recorded to be used as a training opportunity for our representatives.
I've purchased 3 very different necklaces and pleased with all.
Long time customer. The vendor now uses USPS that just lets your order sit around and not be picked up or processed. This order should have taken a day or two based on my location; instead it was late. USPS is untrustworthy these days and I'm disappointed in RS delivery. Also, the blue color on the ring only goes 3/4 around the band. Looks terrible. I won't be using RS again.

Orders placed after 1:00PM eastern standard time as this one was, will ship the next business day. Our website provides the estimated delivery at time of checkout on all orders shipping via express or overnight. This order was placed at 10:57PM EST and shipped Thursday 3/28 via the express shipping as requested. UPS does not count weekends as regular business days; therefore, an express shipment would arrive on the 2nd business day after shipping, which was Monday 4/1/24.
