While the quality is very nice, I was disappointed that only the black and white pearls were truly teardrop shaped as advertised, whereas the pink ones are more round. Since I ordered these specifically for the pink pearls to match a necklace I have with a pink teardrop shaped pearl, I likely won't use and/or enjoy them as much.

Code for part of it and sent me a msg to call in to verify the order. Well here comes Juan to resolve me issue and go above and beyond. He understood my request and noticed that it wouldn't get there the day I needed it bc it was verified after shipping business hrs closed and would go out the next day. So he took care of that and upgraded it to overnight at no additional cost (I hope he doesn't get in trouble for that haha). So received the beautiful ring the day I needed and my beautiful lady was delighted. So I will be shopping with y'all when I get her a much bigger lab grown diamond next time!
I am very disappointed with the purchase of this necklace. The "rope" edging has broken twice. The first time the necklace broke when I wore it for the first time. I contacted customer service and they replaced the necklace. However, a year later the necklace "rope" broke off again similarly to the first time. I contacted customer service again and they said that it could be repaired but I would have to pay for the repair. I am very disappointed as clearly this is an issue with the quality or manufacturing of the necklace. It seems like the roping is too delicate and this is a common occurrence based on other reviews.

Amazing quality & products! Everything is so beautiful but I would say maybe a minor adjustment should be made to the still photos on the website, especially for all *Earrings. Maybe keep the main still photo that seems "enlarged" but then add another photo of the product with a ruler diagram plus measurements, all shown in the photo. The earrings are absolutely gorgeous but I did expect them to be a little bigger. I think for some clients they could be expecting huge statement earrings with just the one photo. Most of us don't have time to check specifications and details for each product (and then get a ruler out to confirm all those details). Thank You!
