I ordered two pair, and they came as promised, but the hearts were way too big for my six-year-old, and the turtles were too small. It would have been nice to see them displayed on a model so I could see the size. I did like the packaging

On December 23rd, I discovered Ross-Simon online and found a beautiful pair of earrings for my wife at a great price. With no time to spare, I discovered they offered overnight delivery for a modest $20 and ordered them on the spot. Just as promised, the earrings arrived less than 24 hours later just in time for a Christmas Eve opening. My wife was blown away by their exquisite beauty (Italian glass and 18k gold) and my good taste, and I was the man of the holiday season!

It was an easy process to order the earrings for my daughter-in-law. When they arrived they are beautiful and well made. The box they came in were nice. It was mailed in a bag so the box got smashed a little which was disappointing. Over all a good experience and I would order from them again.

I looked all over for Sterling Silver earrings and finally found them on Ross-Simons. These are perfect. They look great and I keep receiving compliments.

Everything went well with my product I can say the cross is little small but looks great, The chain is very tiny I thought it would be little bigger in diameter overall very nice.

Purchased a plain sterling silver chain and a multi layer chain also sterling silver. Very reasonable prices. Delivered timely, packaged carefully. Exactly what I wanted

I thought from the photo online that the earrings would be twice the size they were when I received them. They are too small for my earlobes and I am returning them.

I was disappointed with the Gingko gold leaf. It was smaller that I expected but also very thin. I'm not sure people will even be able to recognize what it is.

I purchased a beautiful ring from the outlet. The price was so reasonable that I lowered my expectations even though it got good reviews. I was astounded at the quality of the stones, unique design and sparkle of the stones. I was so impressed that I ordered the matching earrings. Now I am thinking of ordering the same ring with the rhodolite and garnet stones. Thank you so much!

The ordering process is fine. When the jewelry arrived, the bracelets are so skimpy. The ring is unimpressive although it's 14K. I returned all three pieces.

The ring that I ordered is much smaller than pictured in the catalog. Not the fit to finger but the size of the stones and gold band. For the price of the ring I expected it to have larger stones.

The order came quickly. The ring is absolutely gorgeous! Well made. I needed it sized up and my local jeweler described it as exquisite! It is!

I was unable to open the clasp of the necklace long enough to secure it. Never had so much trouble. When I purchased it the clasp was not shown. I ended up purchasing a replacement box chain with lobster claw clasp.

I love this necklace! It is beautiful, adorable cat design and I love the tiny bit of sparkle. I have been looking for a cat pendant for years that didn't look like a cartoon.
I only have one little problem with it, which I didn't check when ordering it, the clasp/hook is way too tiny for my puny fingers and less than perfect vision. Could I purchase some kind of larger clasp, like a lobster clasp, to attach to it? Thank you.

I have been looking for a chain necklace in silver to match my silver and platinum pieces, but I didn't want to spend too much. This piece has sparkle and gets noticed. It has the right amount of weight (not flimsy). Perfect for my needs,

I've always been happy with my gift purchases. The only flaw is they come with no explanation of what they are ie 14k, akoya pearl, sterling, etc so that the recipient knows what they have

Please please please make them bigger...not huge...maybe just another 1/4" wider...so you can see them! Your jewelry is lovely tho! You're my Go To site for the REAL THING!
