The Fresh Water Pearl Bracelet with gold chain was beautiful! We had purchased one from another vendor and were not at all pleased. Very poor quality. The one we purchased from Ross-Simon's was far superior and we are extremely happy that we went with this piece! Thank you!

I ordered two pair of pearl earrings, the cultured pearl drop earrings are the most beautiful pearls - they are exquisite but the strand of gold wire is malleable and easily bends when I put on and take off the little clear stoppers to hold them on. That stinks. I'll have to pay a jeweler to change the wire on them. They both came in beautiful little black boxes inside a cloth keeper which will likely never be used again but nice presentation!
I love this company, however my last order that was delivered by UPS was torn. The packaging was flimsy, and had a large tear. All five items were there, but one box was crushed. I recommend sturdier packaging that won't fall apart.

Love it but for future, needs a larger more substantial chain and a larger bail. Was not able to use any I had because bail is too small as well

White bubble wrap is a cheap packaging method for such a high quality product. Last impression was Ross Simon was cheap. The jewelry boxes are easily damaged in cheap plastic bags. Not helpful when it is a Christmas gift.

The Mother of Pearl pendant is gorgeous, not sure why the pearls are on the backside but guess it's to mimic a real oyster shell. What ever the reason, it is really lovely. So glad I decided to buy it after looking at it for a few weeks.
