Merchandise received is not as it appears on website. Difficult to tell the size of earrings and sometimes bracelets, particularly if they are stretch bracelets. Quality of diamonds is mediocre to poor. Difficult to use website & find what you're looking for in a reasonable amount of time. Prices are usually way to high for the merchandise offered & commonly most items are made of sterling silver or gold plated over sterling silver. The price for solid gold items is ridiculously high. It takes too long from order time to receive your item(s). This time I ordered two different rings. Both were ok, but one ring was definitely no made of good silver. I find the return process difficult, so I only order something I'm ok keeping even it isn't what I hoped it would be.
