I have been a Ross-Simon's customer for eons…at least that is how it feels when my first purchase was before the internet and online shopping….almost before women could get credit cards in their own name! I am especially fond of the estate collection, perhaps because I am old now, lol. In-store or online, I have never had any issues with the products or customer service of this company. I love my most recent purchase, a sapphire and diamond ring for me from the estate collection. I did not spend as much money on myself as I did for a sapphire ring for my daughter a few years ago for her 35th birthday, but it suits me perfectly. I found the price to be very reasonable. Thanks to everyone at this fine company.

I live in the Cayman Islands and purchase almost everything online utilizing my personal freight forwarder address account held in my name. Even though it is a US address in 'my name' Ross-Simons would not send my items. Therefore, I had to send it to my friend in the US who then sent it on to my freight forwarder which obviously incurred additional costs and significant delays in receiving my items.

Disappointing quality of product. I'll keep because of tight timeline for gifting, but much lighter, thinner and cheaply made. Won't hold up to wear. Won't shop with you again, and won't recommend you.
