I was externally disappointed with my purchase. The earring was extremely small and had no sparkle. The marketing is very misleading. It was only one earring but all the pictures showed two so unless you read the fine print, which I failed to do, you wouldn't know that. I called Customer Service and the representative was not at all helpful. In not so many words he called me an idiot for failing to read carefully. My husband called back and that representative was a little more helpful. She emailed a return shipping label which will be deducted from my return. I won't be doing any more shopping at Ross Simons.

Website was a bit slow but has great selections. This was my first and last time ever ordering. They say the product came with a gift box so I thought that ment like what jewelry normally comes in boy was I wrong! The earrings were in a sealed zip lock bag no box that is presentable for a gift box to display them at all. Much smaller in person as well. Quality mediocre at best.Disappointed but will see if my nieces like them or if I return them. Shipping took 2 weeks!
