Need better mailing of expensive items and important stuff.

I thought Ross-Simmons was one of those online stores that did not offer real 10 or 14 gold. I thought everything was overlay and to my surprise it was not. My first purchase to see since I have metal allergies and can only do gold was buying the flatback post earring. I love them very much and I have had no reaction or issue to them. So I finally bought the paperclip necklace with toggle and boy it is truly a beautiful piece. I finally found and online store I can trust. Now looking for some white gold pieces.

These were replacement earrings for for that which I had bought from Ross Simons many, many years ago. I lost one of the earrings, and so wanted to buy another pair. The first pair I bought was very flimsy, but I kept them. I found this latest order subsequently and decided to purchase them, hoping that I would have a better quality of product. Because I have one of the old earrings, I was able to compare. The newer set of earrings is quite flimsy compared to what I had bought before. Therefore, I am, naturally dissatisfied.
