The first email I received from RS, confirmation of order, showed bill to and ship to addresses. The bill to was wrong but the ship to was correct so I didn't worry. The 2nd email, the order has shipped, somehow the ship to address changed to the bill to address which would be wrong. The 3rd email, delivery confirmation, still had the bill to and ship to addresses wrong. I didn't notice this until I couldn't find my package. Luckily the ship to address was a previous address of mine and I was able to get my package from the current inhabitants. I had called RS when I didn't receive my package but before I realized it was shipped to the wrong address. I called RS a second time when I realized the address problem. I don't know why RS didn't use the correct ship to address in my RS profile.
