Got your email saying there was a sample sale and everything was one of a kind, and saw a gorgeous chunky 14k bracelet. Everything about it is wonderful, the weight of it, the shape of the links, and Im especially thrilled with the clasp. I cant understand why you arent making more, the clasp really elevated this piece! I had mixed feelings about sample sales Id heard both that the samples are made with lower grade materials just as examples AND that samples are made to same spec as the manufactured product would be made en masse. This bracelet honestly seems a little nicer than some of the other things I've purchased from you where links feel so hollow and claw closures are too small to easily fasten the piece etc etc. As always I do not love $600 delivered to the mailbox instead of the door, there should be a price threshold where you deliver to the door, but otherwise I have to say this is the best piece Ive gotten from you! If you do decide to carry it, DONT CHANGE THE CLASP

So, I bought a Moi et Toi ring (similar to Josephine Bonaparte's engagement ring) and used my credit on a purchase the following month for an hombre blue topaz pair of earrings I had my eye on. Why send me a $50 coupon that is worthless? Not impressed. The email with the coupon only stated $150 need to be spent. I had over $250 I my cart, applied coupon four times via copy/pasteand each time received message that coupon wasn't recognizable. Now that's a great way to show customer appreciation. NOT! The rings are cute but they are obviously super cheap. I wasn't overly disappointed since I knew by the price they wouldn't be that amazing, but they are very light and the stone looks more like plastic then even glass. I was looking for "something blue" to wear for my wedding but I can't use these, they are like children's play jewelry. I probably would not purchase again from you guys unless I could find a physical store where I can physically see and feel the items first. Again not really your fault so I don't blame the store at all, for $39 rings it's not that surprising really.

I really like this bracelet, but in my final analysis the chain is too fragile for me for a bracelet. I wear a large watch and several bracelets on that arm, and was hoping to add this 'station' bracelet to my line-up. But I feel that the chain is very delicate/fragile & would get rolled around and broken very quickly on my wrist. Although very pretty, I will be returning it.

Had issue with necklace, they replaced it, had a little trouble getting someone to e-mail me a shipping label, but other than that went smooth.

The bracelet that I ordered did not look like the picture that was presented on your website. It's not really turquoise color. It's blue

I purchased 3 necklaces in which one was the 14K Gold Initial Necklace. The chain was too thin and too short, not a true 18" and the disk was smaller than expected, not worth the price with a chain I can't wear. However, I did purchase another chain fom Ross Simon to wear with the monogram disk which fit perfectly. The 3rd necklace was very pretty, a little short, be prepared to purchase chain extenders or buy the next size up so you can wear it multiple ways if you are layering. All in all, my on-line experience was fine, delivered quick but I paid for expedited shipping, packaging was beautiful but they were gifts for me, lol.
