My "flat" pearl earrings arrived with one of the posts bent and the back locked into it. I managed to get it "freed" and wear them however, the back is way too small to hold the large pearl in place on one's ear. It definitely needs a bigger back to support the weight of the earring. I am so sad and don't know if I can return them since I have worn them.
