As one would imagine, I was excited to see my earrings had arrived. Upon opening the package I see that only one earring is in the package. Very disappointing! I was emailed concerning this problem & told to mail the one earring package back to Ross Simons. Mistake made by RS and I had to pay over $5.00 to mail back. I'm not very happy with my experience.
