Looked way nicer online than in person. Looks a lot bigger and more bold online if that makes sense. Have not given it to my wife yet but my first impression of it wasn't great.

Was very easy to buy jewelry gift. One of the earing pairs she wanted to return and was an involved process: you have to call customer srv first, complete multiple info fields and put them in right places and then drive to Post Office and mail unless u want to ship without proof

This chain is very dainty- which for the price I paid makes sense. I'm having a hard time keeping the toggle closed so that the chain doesn't fall off.

In your catalogues, the silver and gold chains were on one page, pictured next to one another, making it easy to compare and choose. Not so with online ordering

The website said delivery would be before Christmas, but I didn't believe it. Didn't really care, as it was just something for me. Two days later on Tuesday (Christmas Eve), the package arrived. I had a problem with the delivery because I had to sign for my package, and I was never home when UPS came to my home. But, in the end, it was sent to my work address, where I was able to receive my earrings. Thank you!
