I ordered a necklace and earrings for my wife for Valentine's Day. The website advertised that I could get it by Valentine's Day. I ordered on Sunday, Feb. 8. I received a shipping confirmation on Monday, Feb. 9 that my order was shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. I received a delivery notice from UPS that my order would be delivered on Wed., Feb 10. Wednesday went by and no order. I emailed UPS and Ross-Simons asking about my order. UPS sent a new delivery date of Monday, Feb. 17. *, your Customer Service Specialist, sent an email stating: "It seems there was some sort of delay with the shipment through UPS. We apologize for the inconvenience." That was the only explanation I received. I did receive my order on Sat. Feb. 15 but what happened to delivery by Valentine's Day which is Feb. 14th? I will not do business with you again.

They Think I Am Stupid

The earrings were a gift to my wife; she loves them. On my Order Confirmation it stated delivery requires a signature (with tax was over $1500.) I was happy to see the Signature required.
However, UPS just dropped off the little box out at the front entry area and went on; when my wife came home she found the box out front. Luckily the guy placing advertising hangers on doors had been by earlier than the delivery.
When I complained online, the rep from RS responded and said delivery signature WAS NOT REQUIRED. I told him it said it was on my order confirmation! He blew me off like I was stupid. Luckily I have kept the order confirmation and even printed it out in case of PC issues. I am very unhappy to say the least!

We regret that the shipper did not request a signature on the order. Typically, orders that are this size do require a signature. We ship out our packages insured and of course would investigate if something went wrong. We do not block emails. Private message sent.

Jade bracelets

My friend of over 50 years has an upcoming birthday. We often joke that when we buy gifts for birthdays and Christmas, we often buy one for the celebrant and one for the giver. I did this once again. The bracelets are delicate, but of beautiful craftmanship. I know she will love her bracelet as much as I do!
