I have purchased around six items and have not been disappointed. This item was not what I expected for such an expensive purchased. I return the item and my usps tracking said you received the package in your P.O. Box on March 8th.

I bought the earrings to go with a bracelet I bought earlier from Ross-Simons. They are beautiful and arrived packaged very. They even included tarnish-preventing strips to keep them looking great.

I generally like the products at R+S. In recent years the prices have risen significantly for high-quality pieces on the website but in general the rings are still nice.

The best thing about purchasing gemstones that are not actually real, is that the color is dead on! Yes, the price is far below what you would pay for natural stones too, but you always know the earrings will exactly match the necklace & the stones will not have a variation from say, the picture on the website. Your Garnet will be Red- or it should be. The ones I bought came in so dark, they appeared Black. So I returned them. At my expense. I won't be buying from Ross-Simons again. When they sell you something that is this bad, they should at least pay for the return.

I purchased these to go with a custom made pendant. They pair beautifully. Great quality. Rubies are clear and a nice color.

I ordered a simulated emerald eternity band. It's beautiful. Fits perfectly. However, the first day I wore it one of the stones fell out. Thankfully, I found it and used needle-nose pliers to tighten the prongs around it. The ring was inexpensive but I still expected it hold up.

The website is easy to navigate. The jewelry is beautiful! I am so pleased with everything I ordered. The process was easy and shipping was fast.

Ring is absolutely beautiful, I just did not realize the stones went completely around thus making my pinky and middle finger feel irritated and constricted otherwise a perfect 10 for me!

This ring is very sweet and I wear it everyday! It fits well and is appropriate for daily wearing.

The earrings were ok. The clover bracelet I paid about $150 was really teeny as far as the bracelet itself, not the length.

I've shopped with Ross- simons before and had a good experience. This time, however I can not say the same. The delivery timeframe was horrible, customer service was not the best and when I received the item, it was not what I wanted or expected. The gold was EXTREMELY yellow. I called to get a return label, after my being able to download it for myself, and found out I have to pay to return the item and shipping cost will be deducted as well. I considered keeping the bracelet, but after the less than pleasurable experience, I've decided to return it. Not sure if I'll shop with RS again!
