It's a gorgeous ring but the cut on the gem was definitely a bit off on the edges. Also anyone wanting a shiny ruby must be warned as this one is definitely a well made ring but with a more opaque ruby.

I selected one of my saved FOP... you used a different one. I called to try to fix the error and operator said it was too late. Item wax already in the warehouse, and ready for shipping, and just to send it back when I got it. I refused package, and post office sent it back to me anyway! Grrrrr... so frustrating.
