We purchased a pearl ring for our graduating from college for our granddaughter. The ring was so pretty.

Picked blue topaz so I could wear them as a set. Ring is not blue topaz. Will be returning. The rest I'll keep.

Didn't contact customer service because they can't change the product. Just would not recommend anyone buy it.

Concerned with a loose clasp on one earring. I adjusted it slightly then it seemed tight. I just hope it doesn't break off.

I was able to find a nice gift and the delivery was well executed.

I received the ring on Monday April 28th I put it on to wear and after two hours I looked at the ring only to discover that the amethyst had fallen out and is lost. I recently had surgery so I can not do very much in the house except sit, so there is absolutely no way I hit my hand against anything to damage the ring. I am also very disappointed that the ring is not the lavender shown on the website but a deeper purple color.

Disappointing, I'm waiting for the second piece I ordered to return both together.

The quality was nice. These are very small hoops. The color is lighter.

When I had a code in my text, it would not work when I went to buy what was in my cart. I wrote to customer service and their code didn't either/ both codes were for the $15 off over $100 spent. So I called the company and unfortunately one of the items I wanted - pearl necklace-(which was on sale) was no longer on sale for the lower price. The customer service person was of no help with trying to give me the right code and would not honor what was in my cart. I just decided not to order. Luckily, an email came where I could click through and the $15 was already in my cart as long as I bought over $100. I got the one item I wanted but not the pearl necklace…. I did get a pair of earrings.
