I bought these to replace a less expensive pair of earrings that I loved but were showing their age. This pair is beautiful and high quality. However, they are much heavier and weigh down my 51 year-old earlobes in an unflattering way. The clasps are also difficult to secure. I have not been able to tolerate them for long periods of time.
