The bracelet is beautiful but I ordered large because I was afraid the San Marco would run a little small but the large was too big so I am returning it. I would try the smaller one but I am afraid it may be to small and I don't like the fact I have to pay to return/exchange it so I will opt out of an exchange.

Most companies would I believe offer a refund in full or send me a new one, without me having to take time and energy to make an exchange. I received a broken product, and now I have to do the work (as a single divorced mother) to exchange it. It feels wrong.
