The ring looks beautiful, and I wanted to give it a try even though I saw the previous 1-star review. But right when I got it, I noticed something was off. It makes a little rattling sound, like the stone isn't set tightly. I still decided to give it a chance because it looks nice. But when I put it on, it scratched my finger. The inside of the ring isn't fully solid, only the bottom part is, and the rest is kind of hollow. That alone might've been fine, but there are two rough edges inside the band that actually scratch your skin and leave marks. It's just really uncomfortable and not something you can wear without noticing it. This was my first time ordering from Ross Simons, and I'm disappointed. I'll be returning it and hope they also refund the VIP gift card I used.

I was looking for the Toggle necklace in a longer size, my Toggle paperclip, is only a 20". I'd like it in 24 or 26" & dangle earrings in that same link size also, but 3 links long, not just 2. Love R-S quality & craftsmanship but very disappointed in this necklace.

The picture of the product show a very substantial product, but I was very surprise to see how non-substantial the finished product looks. I have ordered several pieces from Ross-Simon in the past, and except for at least one other I have always been proud to give them to friends or relatives. This is for my grand-daughters 21st Birthday, and I do not think I can give it to her.
I was so excited to receive this ring. When I received it I was very disappointed. The design was so small and almost looked like it was meant for a child. The design was totally flat when viewing it on my finger from the side. I returned it the next day. I now have nothing to wear in my right ring finger. The close-up of the tree of Life top is misleading. I now hesitate to order from Ross Simons again.
