They came in a timely matter with the necklaces in a velvet sleeve inside a nice box. The items were thank you gifts.

Had a hard time deciding what thickness to buy. The 2 mm is just about the right size for most pennants.

The silver beaded bracelet is super cheap and looks and feels plastic. I will be returning for a refund.

I have purchased many items from Ross-Simons over the years, and have always been pleased with my purchase and/or customer service. This time was no exception.

I ordered a diamond band with emerald cut baguettes around the front. One diamond on the band was very dark and it looked as though the stone was missing but it was not. Just not radiant like the others. I've sent in for an exchange and am hopeful the next ring will be perfect. I've used RS many times to purchase jewelry and this is the first issue I've had.

Be sure to double check shipping. I was ordering for Mother's Day gift and jewelry that was selected as in stock with arrival in time. I thought I had selected shipping correctly but it did not arrive as expected. Shipping indicated in time delivery up until the day before scheduled arrival. Customer service indicated that I had not selected holiday shipping. Still unsure how I missed it, item did arrive couple days later.

Ordered for graduation gifts - arrived quickly. Pearls were beautiful.

The R&S website is easy to use & order from. But the items I purchased are terrible & are being returned. One was a dainty 14kt gold necklace that was so ridiculously dainty it was basically invisible. And I love a dainty necklace but this one was outrageous. The other was a set of 18kt Italian gold vermeil bracelets that look shockingly orange & terribly fake. I just can't believe how orange these are.

This large box came packed with a combo of Styrofoam and biodegradable peanuts. It took me 20 minutes to sort them out so that I could properly recycle. PLEASE only use eco packing materials. I'm sure you make enough $ to do that.

I ordered this delicate chain with small stone recently. It arrived safely and it is exactly what I was looking for. I would have preferred a 16" chain, but I bought the 18". It works, but if a 16" were available I would buy that length. So far aive had no issues with the chain, and hope it lasts to be able to wear everyday. It's a subtle piece and works with everything.
