Found the ad online and thought it would suit our granddaughter, ordered it and it came speedily. Ross-Simons was very good keeping me informed on the shipping process and it was packaged in a lovely little box for gift giving. Made for a special gift for our lovely granddaughter. The fact she was still wearing it days later means she found it acceptable 😄

I called customer service not only did I have to pay 28 dollars to ship them back, but they told me it was going to be an extra $120+ tax to get the bigger size. So we just decided not to reorder! Which made her so sad! This was something I have been waiting to buy her for Long time now! I was looking for specifics ones and these were it. Such high hopes to be let down!

I would have returned these earrings if I had tried them on before I destroyed the packaging. The backs are very small, cheap quality, and do not hold tight enough to secure the earrings safely.
