The earring (one) is great, but it's been a nightmare getting through the ordering process. I planned to buy myself a pair of 14k gold stud star earrings for Mothers Day and after looking around on-line, selected Ross-Simons. I put the pair into my shopping cart and checked out using Apple Pay. Only several days later, I realized the order was never placed so I went through the checkout process again. I went back to order them again and saw there was a Mother's Day sale, so I replaced my order and checked out again. Again, finding out several days later my order was never placed. Now, I realized that there was a secondary "Place Order" button on my phone's screen after scrolling through to the bottom that I needed to click. OK, so on the THIRD attempt, I placed the order for my star earrings. THEN, when I got the package in the mail, only ONE earring was in the package! What I thought was a Mother's Day sale, in fact was that I only purchased just one earring. So, now, I have to place a FOURTH order. And I'm paying double the shipping costs. Sorry, Ross-Simons, this was just too much work. I've ordered $1,000's of product through Apple Pay through on-line ordering and have never had this problem. Good luck!
The order form is terrible. This is my third time ordering. Every time I think its worked through ApplePay (which I use everyday on numerous products), I think it's ordered and wait several days until I see the item is still in my shopping cart. I missed the final Place Order button. Terrible ordering experience!
