Roselinlin

I purchased 4 items and they are all not like the website. The colors (tan was yellow, blue was green and red was pink), size (even using thier size chart, with M... oone shirt is too small and odd fitting, another is short and the pants are more like a size 14.) and fabric (linen and cotten are poly blend) its so wrong. You have to pay for any returns. The best I got them to do is give me (after 33 email exchanges) was 30% credit if I pay for returns which is more then the 30% credit and you have to spend on another of thier horrible items. It is a total scam and I'm surprised that they still exist.

I had mixed feelings when shopping from this online store given the mixed reviews. I was very happy with the first order that I received pretty quickly and I was happy with the quality. There was a bit of confusion on the second order, but I got a refund the same day. Happy with the deals I've had so far. I just placed another order. I hope this request is as simple as the others.

Amazing experience with my online order. I ordered and the clothes were delivered in 2 weeks! Super fast delivery! And besides the items I ordered, they are amazing! The pants are so comfortable and they don't look see through at all!

Do Not buy clothes from Roselinlin! They are cheap and substandard and look and fit Nothing like the photos. I mailed 6 dresses I bought, back to them in Aug. 2020 Almost $50.00 in postage- they say they never got them- all I wanted was a refund on my credit card- otherwise the dresses would have gone to Goodwill- they were so aweful.

My mistake for not reading the fine print on the Roselinlin return policy. None of the items fit (too large) and I found the photos of items to be better than the actual material (not quality goods). The prominent issue is that I am responsible for returning the merchandise to China - even through the package shipped from xyy 1550 Glenn Curtiss St Carson CA. They offered 15% and then 25% discount if I keep the items but they are too big, so that doesn't make sense.

Wow... don't buy from this company! I ordered two cute "cotton/linen" tops from Roselinlin, and eagerly awaited their arrival. The pictures in their online ads looked beautiful and well-made. However, the two items I received are made of neither cotton nor linen, but the cheapest polyester! What's worse, they are of the shoddiest workmanship! I wrote to Roselinlin requesting to return these items, and was informed that their "return center" is in Guangzhou, China, and that I would have to pay the costs of shipping to return these shoddy items, as well as any "customs fees!" After warning me about long and costly shipping to China, they offered me a 15% "cash refund!" What a deal! This is how Roselinlin makes it money, folks! Buyer beware! Do not purchase from this company! They are a total and complete scam!

I found the dress I was looking for for myself and had it in my cart here waiting to buy it! I have two busy girls in high school and shopping is very difficult and this website makes it very easy for us.

I will never order from this site again. I have sent the email that was mentioned and got no response and all I want is an exchange.
I was told they don't do exchange but the website says they do. Now I am past the 15 days. I sent 5 emails after talking to Christine they sent 4 to my email back to back. Talk they couldn't find my order but they had the order#

I have read some very negative reviews of this website and I Beg To Differ! Everything I have purchased has been beautiful. I have received some wonderful compliments. The clothing is unique. Don't hesitate to buy!
