The six items I ordered were of the poorest possible quality. They had super thin, cheesie fabric. Everything was a baggy unfitted product with no more than two seams and unfitted sleeves. They are obviously trying to suck in shoppers with a beautiful website and nicely modeled clothes. Then shoppers receive items that don't match the photos on the page but are just pure trash! The company is making a cheap quality product, to make a big profit! Buyer beware!

I love buying clothes on the internet. I can't find a lot of classic style clothing near my home, but thanks to this boutique, I can buy affordable, good quality clothing. The website itself is easy to use. The images are clear and the measurement guides are really helpful. I am small and it is difficult to find dresses that fit me well. It seems to me that the clothes here fit me better.

I received an order from this company and found the clothing and materials to not at all as presented. What they represented as cotton was some sort of cheap non-breathable poly blend. They give a 15 day return window so I was careful to email them early to let them know I would be return most of the order. They claimed they could not identify the order so I replied to their email with all the details from their catalog and heard nothing in return. When I didn't hear back I sent it again and a third time. Finally after the 15 days had elapsed they told it me I hadn't complied with their 15 day return policy. Even when I showed them all the email I sent they didn't care. It is fraudulent, deceptive and illegal business practices. So if you don't want to get stuck with misrepresented junk clothes, stay away!

Horrible return policy

The clothing is horribly sized and when you attempt to follow their directions to return you are offered 15% of the purchase price instead of returning clothing to China which will cost more than the clothing purchased. Shame on this company!

I was browsing the internet for clothing sites and came across this page. The first look was quite impressive. I ordered some dresses for me and my sister. The delivery was fast. The quality was very good. My sister is very happy that she bought this dress. I loved it and appreciated the color and shape. The prices of the clothes are low compared to other online shopping sites.

Garbage. GARBAGE. Clothes barely resemble what you see online. Sizing is way off. Cheap and basic. WAY OVERPRICED. I completely regret my purchase. I get much better clothing at Salvation Army and Good Will.

Couldn't be worse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! From start to finish a terrible experience! I paid extra for "express" shipping 3-10 days because I wanted the shoes for a trip. They didn't even ship until day 10 and the order didn't come until 10 days after that. The shoes are the wrong color. 3 pairs of pants are absolutely nothing like what was shown and described.and do not begin to fit... made for someone with very short skinny calves and a very big waist! 1 short sleeved top is long sleeved. One blouse is OK and one pair of pants is wearable although nothing like those pictured. I can find no way to return anything. When I realized the order hadn't shipped after the first week I wrote to "customer service" twice to say they should cancel if they couldn't get the order to me in time. No response. I should have known better but checked first and saw some positive reviews... those must be plants.

The blouse and dress I ordered was much better than I expected, especially for that price, it is the same as seen in the photo. Length, fit, quality, and details are welcome. The dress was gorgeous and the detail of the blouse much better than I expected, there were many compliments before and during the time I wore it, it is definitely something I would recommend to any woman.

I received my clothing and I liked a few things but want to send the rest back. I've been trying to send the clothing back and get my money returned for those items but the company told me I have to send the package back to the factory…in CHINA!
They said "since international returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve the issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the items." This company is absolutely ridiculous! No successful clothing company would tell a customer this! Ever!

Have to be very careful with this company, I on e received something that fit and was fine. Another time, it was way smaller than site advertised, could have been worn by maybe a pre teen. And was more like a shirt then a dress. They should be very Specific and show on actual real human beings. Plus more than one size, so we can see lighting of front and back. Plus, at times I have no idea what they are charging for shipping, that's scarry. Before I submitted an order today, and this i am aware is a gamble if sizing and material is ok. We also wait 10 to 20 days for shipping. Last time I tried this company, I had to contact them about shoes that I never received. They failed to tell me they were on backorder. I had to reach out a couple times, and then ask for a refund. Plus let them know I would file fraud on them. They refunded my funds quickly after quite a hassle. I will do my best to send back to them if what I get is not satisfactory, because I feel a lot of us, we just let it go bc they are such a hassle to deal with.I hope I won't regret this.It's always a big of like rolling the dice. Also I admit, it does bother me as I feel we need to have more reasonable options in the US. And I have no idea if they are mistreating there employees. I won't go into other things I feel.

I ordered three tops from Roselinlin and they are very flimsy, not well-made and way too small. I've tried to return them for a refund, however, the service email is unresponsive to my request for information on the address for returns (which is in China by the way). I suspect this is a scam and that my money is gone for good. Beware, do not use this business!

The whole purchase process was perfect, without any problems. I had to make a size change and it was very easy. I will send an email saying that it would take me a while to respond but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than two weeks.
