I have been shopping with this online boutique for a long time. I definitely think that this place with a lot of trend and elegant fashion has a peculiar fascination for its customers. I have greatly appreciated him with his excellent overall customer service.
Buyer Beware! This company has a very tight return policy. Shipping alone took 14-days to receive and their unwavering policy is for 15-days (no exceptions!) This was to be a Christmas gift so the recipient wouldn't even have been able to open present and try it on for another week or so. Very dissatisfied. Product was also not cut correctly so bias could only fit a teenager, which is also not something shown in online photo or described. Customer should go with a company that offers a 30-day return policy or one with a quality reputation... obviously NOT Roselinlin.
I bought my black and white tassel loafers online. Thanks to this boutique, he informed me about my size and I was wrong, he corrected my error of my size for which I am grateful. They fit perfectly and I love their looks in person. I showed them to my family and friends and my sister wants a pair.
This site os a joke! The blouse I ordered arrived in approximately two months, not twenty-one days. It is of such poor quality it is only fit for possible use as a dust cloth; I wouldn't want to hive it to a homeless person.

I have found great value in the phasers that I buy here. I consider them elegant and of very good quality. The customer service is impeccable. I also have several skirts, they are synonymous with quality and unrolled style. Thank you for always delivering a quality product.
Dazzling online boutique and couldn't have been more valuable or spent more time with me online! It made me feel so amazing! I would recommend this website, since I have the store to myself only from the comfort of my home. Incredibly happy with my new dress!
I bought 6 garments total US $109. Arrived. Not as described. Not what I expected. Not cotton material but Acetate. I am unable to wear the merchandise the material described as Linen, Cotton is not true but it's synthetic. Acetate made clothing (from chemicals) are wrinkly and highly sensitive to heat. I am facing road blocks from Roselinlin while seeking a full (cash) refund to my original method of payment.
Roselinlin sent me a PDF file, return shipping address (shipping label) to Guangzhou, China is a red flag. People reporting returning items to same or similar China address is invalid, they are being SCAMMED.
Resolution:
I suggest you contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Do not use the China address is a fake.

I gave always loved black laces on my blouses and dresses. They add a fine touch to my every piece of garment. Roselinlin laced dresses are one of my most sought after apparels when visiting their website. They're all so beautiful and well designed.
This fits decent but the picture is terrible. The words are misspelt. It says "Iww choose to flnd joy in the sourney that God has set before me"...
Also, that golden picture looks like a bone or some unidentifiable object. I still don't know what it is supposed to be.
Way overpriced.

Ordered booties that came in an envelope from China with no invoicing or receipt enclosed.
Boots look like they came from the Dollar Store! When I've contacted the customer service they just keep sending me their return guidlines that say I have to have an order number and paperwork to return! They don't include paperwork!

Waited 2 months for my shirt's to arrive. They look nothing like the pictures. Very cheap t-shirts, I could have bought the same at Walmart. Looks NOTHING like the shirts on the website. They are V-necked in the pictures but I get polyester t-shirts that are round necked. Not even the material is the same. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. These are definitely not clothing from the website

Being a mother can be difficult. It is difficult to go to the store and enjoy browsing when you have to fight with two (adorable) children. In this online store they are incredibly helpful in keeping me dressed and respectable! I use the wish list to store my current wishes and when they go on sale OR I find that I come back to it again and again, I can buy it. Sometimes I go to the store to pick up or return an item and find it very quick and easy to do. If you haven't tried it before, try it now.
The order process was good, in terms of time and form. But if something differentiates them from other online stores, it is an efficient customer service, the magnificent attention is what makes the difference, the service in general of 10 and particularly the after-sales of 11.
The skirt that I ordered on this website was wonderful, as seen in the photo. The flight is real, it is fine, it does not show anything and it is well finished, no loose thread or badly sewn. It is perfect, very comfortable, I recommend it.
I've been searching the internet for a place to buy clothing and accessories that are reliable. I just spent $100 and can't wait for my order to arrive! Ordering and paying was relatively easy and I will decide whether to buy again after receiving my order.
I love my purchase on this website. The color is vibrant in the long dress that I bought. It fits well and the material feels good on my skin. The dress flowed well, it is super comfortable. I can dress it from top to bottom according to the occasion. I have ordered 2 more times since my first purchase two months ago. I really appreciated how quickly I received my orders.
Easy to navigate the website and find what I need. Easy to use on a smartphone or laptop. I always love the quality of the clothes I receive. The free shipping threshold is quite high, especially since this is an online boutique with a high markup.
I made an order which arrived and did not fit. I tried repeatedly to get a return address by contacting the site. No response after numerous attempts. I returned the dress to the address on the package. I received numerous messages then that I had sent it to their warehouse... that I would need to pay for them to send it to the return address which interestingly they failed to give me. Next they wanted me to pay to have FED EX send it to the address. Finally, they said the purchase would be destroyed at the warehouse if I did not pay to ship it to wherever the actual place is located. I did not receive a refund.
The e-mails were rude. At one point I was told that I should have asked for the right return address... which I had done over and over again. Good luck if you use them.

Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
