I am really satisfied with the blouse that I bought. It is well done and its preparation feels good quality, I finally found an online store with clothes at a good price and of excellent quality.

I bought a coat for a wedding and was very impressed with the service. I got so many compliments that it was great to be able to come back a few days later to buy another.

I love this view, the clothes are amazing, I will only buy clothes online now from this website, the delivery is very fast I always receive my things within 2 to 3 weeks after the purchase.

I just wanted to say thank you for all the help with my order. My pants and skirt arrived today and I am very happy, you made the entire online shopping process so reliable and efficient.

It is a scam! Bad bad! Returns have to be sent to China. It took 2 months to arrive and what a disappointment. I threw them in the trash... nobody would want to wear this crap!

If I could rate this company zero stars instead of 1 star, I would.
The 3 out of the 4 clothing items I purchased do not fit. Those are all too small and I followed their sizing charts down to the very inch and when in doubt went to the larger size.

I knew these items were CHEAP, so I honestly didn't expect much, but they delivered even less. The pants I bought would fit a telephone pole better. Hips are about the same size as the elasticized waist.

Returning these items is going to be a nightmare. Their returns have to go to Guangzhou, China. The cost (based on weight: 1 lb 12oz) will be at least $26.36 using USPS International for items that cost me $46.38.
They offered me 15% of the value of these items to just keep them and "have them altered".
In case you don't want to do the math, that's a generous $6.96 if you round up, otherwise it's $6.95. To have any alterations would cost a lot more than that.

What a joke! I'd say F-ing joke, but that wouldn't be polite.

How do you alter something that is already too small?

So it's going to cost me $26.36 at a minimum for a good life lesson.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Later - note added to Sitejabber - I see they are now submitting very positive reviews (almost identical) with a 3 rating, so they will not be picked up by fraud bots!...

If you have had a problem with such a company and paid by credit card ask the card co to refund you if you do not get anywhere directly. I sent (to John Lewis Partnership card) screen pics of the company's garment illustrations and pics of the actual items, plus close-ups of the poor quality stitching and a list of my contacts with Roselinlin. They refunded in full.

If everyone does this there will be some action against them from the banks, I am sure!

Notice how similar the 4 or 5 star reviews are. Read the one star reviews - I will not bother to repeat my own story, we have all had the same experience.

Not just that the quality is not good, but that the clothes bear no resemblance at all to the pics. Sizes are ridiculous (giant in my case, for size small, other customers say much too small).

I believe the same company is using other names and advertising widely online - similar adverts and reviews for NewChic and JustFashionNow.

Although the website has some aspects that could be improved, the quality of its customer service and the design of the clothes I bought make up for it enormously.
