I ordered online here a long dress with one size more as indicated in the recommendations, good decision! The soft and good quality fabric. Good price and shipping on time.

Excellent quality clothes at a fair price, the answer to questions and concerns and the resolution of problems is very good, even for being a website.

The pendants were of better quality than expected. Good price for such a good accessory. The shipment does not take long to arrive. Very good website!

This company is in blatant violation of the United States of America's 15 US Code, Paragraph 54: False Advertisements; penalties.

Minimally, this company should be penalized by blocking their ability to Advertise via Google, or any other source in the US.

Three unlawful behaviors experienced by me and by many others based on reviews found on Sitejabber alone are:

(1) The false claim that they sell Linen clothing (a high demand item, especially in the summer). When you order clothes with natural fabrics, you receive polyester knockoffs rather than be told they are out of stock.

(2) The images they use to sell on their website show high quality constructed clothing. When you receive your item you get poor quality knockoffs of the item in the picture made from low grade polyester with faux print that looks like the embroidery as shown in the image.

(3) By making a profit from these false claims via the USPS, they are committing mail fraud. Plus, they make it completely impossible to make returns and there is no exchange policy.

Please do something. Based on this alone, Roselinlin should not be allowed to advertise in the US.

I spent over $100 US on clothing from ROSELINLIN. I picked items from their website that showed beautifully designed well made unique pieces. I GOT GARBAGE. Half-sewn hems and seams, the items I got did not match the pictures AT ALL. I am STILL missing two pieces which I paid about 55.00 US for.

I asked for a refund naturally and was told to PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA where I would get... DRUMROLL, please... 15% back.

Wait, what? I get the grand total of 15% back after PAYING FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA?

Garbage, garbage, waste, garbage. Make sure you do an image search before you buy from this clothing online because ROSELINLIN has stolen images from many designers and also are opening new companies under different names. ****hole company. I will NEVER get that money back and the "clothing" went straight into the trash.

Roselinlin is a scam. They put misleading photos in their ads on Google websites and when you order, they charge your credit card right away but you wait forever. Then you complain and complain about not receiving your order, and they give you some false tracking number which leads to nothing. Finally after six weeks you get a dirty plastic envelope from CHINA with your order in it and the clothes are NOTHING like in the ads. The sizing is all off, and despite saying the materials are 'cotton' they are only dry-cleanable. Very cheaply made goods and ones you would never buy if you could see or touch them in person. Now I have to try and get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM ROSELINLIN or ANY RETAILER NAMES YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE AS LEGIT when buying on the Internet.

I checked reviews that said they ran small so ordered an XL... I wear an 8-10... I couldn't even get these over my thighs! AND when I tried to return them, I could not get them to respond with the directions for returning them. The item came with a piece of paper that said they had to be returned within a certain amount of time and to email them for directions... but I got NO RESPONSE... I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR OR THEIR PRODUCT!

DO NOT BUY FROM ROSELINLIN! Worst experience ever! I placed my order over 2 months ago and have not received my items. USPS tracking show that they have been waiting for my package for 5 weeks. First it said it had left the "partner facility " in San Fran on May 18th. On June 30th it shows that it arrived at another "partner facility" in Los Angles and still has not made it to USPS. After many emails to the company, I have no idea if or when I will receive my order. And based on the other reviews I've seen here, I am doubtful that the items will be any good if they do arrive. I wish I had looked this company up before purchasing.

I would like to report this company for a Bait and switch scam. The clothes advertised are nothing but false advertising. They are so poorly made, both the design and the stitching, that they are garbage really. Please listen to my advise and save yourselves from becoming a victim to this fraud. EXTREMELY poor quality fabric as well. Not the cotton blend they advertise. When you try to return it, they tell you you'd have to return it TO CHINA & the shipping would be very expensive, but they can offer you a 15% refund. Huge rip-off and disappointing! The bags they were in are used and wrinkled bags. No tags on any of the clothing. They are extremely cheap, poorly made substitutes. The items sent to me were heavy polyester even though they say cotton on the website. Sizing is questionable. Instead of Small they are clearly Medium or above. Sewing is so amateur. When I complained, they said I could send the items back to China at my expense and once they arrived, Roselinlin would decide if my complaint was valid. Or I could accept a 15percent refund and use the money to get the clothes altered! When I complained that is nowhere near the cost of alterations needed they offered 25 percent refund. Beautiful clothes pictured but received ill sized cheap knockoffs of very poor quality! Absolutely false advertising. The email went to great lengths to advise how difficult, expensive it is to return goods. Total FRAUD!

I ordered a dress online here and needed to resize it, the customer service team was amazing at organizing everything. When the outfit arrived, it was perfect! Highly recommended
