I never recieved my order, when I reached out to see why I was sent an automated response, never a direct person. This company should be shut down. Whether your in China or not if you accept someone's money you agree to provide them with what they paid for, and it shouldn't take month's to get it when you were told it would arrive in a certain time frame. FYI there were no negative reviews when I purchased my order, it wasn't until after I purchased my order, numerous negative reviews were able to be viewed, had I seen them prior I would never had ordered in the first place. This company gets NO STARS!
DO NOT patronize this Chinese site. Trust me - the two pair of pants I ordered smelled awful, were made of cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures.

I placed my order of $250PLUS almost 3 months ago. They said that they would not have taken my credit card as a form of payment. The credit card DID bill me and I now I have no order but they have my MONEY OVER $250!
I dont have extra money to just throw away How is there no order but you charge me?

Returns are to china only. YOU PAY SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. It would have saved me trouble. My problems were the same. Not bad quality. NO QUALITY. ILL FITTING. Not the material as described. I contacted my credit card company. ANYONE who was dupped by ROSELINLIN should contact their credit card company and demand a charge back. We should not have to pay more money to ship back than we did for the merchandise. And this company counts on the fact that we won't.

THE DRESS I ORDERED TOOK WEEKS TO COME AND I HAD ALREADY BEEN CHARGED ON MY CARD AND SENT A CHECK FOR PAYMENT IN FULL. THE DRESS WAS MADE OF THE CHEAPEST MATERIAL AND AGAIN THERE WAS NO RETURN ADDRESS ALSO THE COLOR WAS GREEN AND I ORDERED SKY BLUE. PERHAPS MY GRAND DAUGHTER CAN USE THIS AS A COVERUP OVER A BATHING SUIT THIS SUMMER. HOWEVER I WAS TAKEN AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

If you order from this company they will take you money and you will never see your merchandise. I e-mailed several times and I get no response ever. I got my money back through my bank and filed a fraud report and is now being investigated DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. I ordered on 5/9/20 and I still don't have my stuff.

NOT at all like the picture! Bought over $100's worth of clothes it's all made from polyester not linen! The pictures of the clothes are so cute but the clothes you get are so different. I don't buy clothes that often because I like different look. I was so excited when I ordered couldn't wait to get them and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! NO I will not be ordering anything again!

This company fails in its transparency to the consumer. Read the return policy. It says one thing and then when a return is necessary, they inform the consumer that the merchandise must be returned to CHINA and the consumer is not only responsible for the shipping (they do not inform the consumer of this) the consumer is responsible for customs charges as well. Furthermore, the product quality is very poor. The company refuses to take responsibility for their lack of transparency, yet they would rather offer a 15% refund and then when pushed, they move that to 25%. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I bought a couple of jackets and blouses in this online boutique. All of them are of excellent quality. I was careful with the size, I chose it well, one size larger than normal.
The clothes are spectacular. Charming. The right sizes. The order I made in this online boutique arrives home in a few days. I have already bought 3 times and it won't be the last.
I ordered at this online boutique for the first time 2 weeks ago. The skirt was exactly the same as the one shown on the website and of great quality. Shipping was also fast.
Answer: Not only are they a size or two smaller, the cut is horrid definitely not fitting across the shoulders, arms, bosom of an American plus size.
Answer: There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.
Answer: No such thing. They are a shady company from start to finish. They are based in China and have no way to contact them. Took me 6 weeks to get my order and I had paid extra for shipping too!
Answer: Please do not order - the clothes smell and are awful quality. Do not be fooled by the pictures!
