I received a dress whose measurements do not match the ones specified for that size dress, on their website. I've been trying to reach them for 3 - 4 days now but all I keep receiving is the same email, asking for additional information, over and over again. However by now I've realized that it is by design. They don't answer back because they don't want to fulfil their return/refund policy. It's a shame though, because I was willing to by 3 more dresses from them if they had taken care of this issue.
I ordered several pieces of clothing, excited to have found a shop that offered affordable and stylish garments.
Their website did not allow picture close-up. I should have listened to that red flag. The pictures of what I thought I bought looked nothing like the actual item I receive, particularly an item with a pattern. What a waste of money and time.
In addition, returns are made very difficult. Their site says nothing of their returns having to be made to China. They basically scam you into giving you a 15% refund since returning will be costly and painfully time and effort consuming.
It took 4 months to get the items ordered
Resist the urge, it's all a manipulated click bate.

The pictures look great -- linen/cotton blend clothing. The crap sent is garbage, poorly made and falsely advertised. Ugly, very ugly and not in any manner like the items pictured in the ads. If you used Paypal, you need to let them know about the false advertisements. Also, it might not be bad to alert US governmental agencies in order that their are no longer allowed to trade in the U.S. They have U.S. distribution centers. Check who owns them and sue as distributors in the line of fraudulent items through the U.S. mail.

Customer service is excellent. I originally emailed them to ask them when they would have a dress back in stock that I liked enough and then again for advice on what size would fit me best. Both encounters were pleasant; They respond quickly to emails, they are friendly and very helpful.

Check out the other website who have pissed off thousands of customers and wasted money to ship them back to China! Trust me. I filed paypal claim regarding this seller. Document everything on paypal and not directly to seller email. This way paypal can investigate that they are total sham.

I was wary of this website due to bad reviews. I ordered a bracelet here and once the item finally arrived it went exactly as expected, I was happy with that. Remember that your item may come from abroad just like mine did. I'll be back to buy a nice dress!
First off, the shirt looked nothing like what I received, the material is so cheap. I inquired about returning and never got a response via email. Then I live chatted a week later and they tried to give me 15% of total value instead of me returning item. I said, no, I want a full refund. They offered me 25% of total value. Again, I said no. They sent me shipping label to China and I have to pay shipping?! That costs more than the item itself which truly is a piece of crap. Do not order from this company. I am beyond livid.
My items arrived over 3 weeks after I had ordered them, even though I paid extra for express shipping. The items are too small and very poor quality. I am not even going to attempt to get a refund - just tired of dealing with these crooks. Avoid them like the plague.

I never had a bad experience or a poor quality item from this boutique. All the pieces have been amazing. Great quality for the price. Always good items on sale too. And I feel that the size is also pretty good. No more outdated accessories, I love shopping with them :)

In this online boutique they have great clothes with incredible accessories to combine. They have such good customer service and they make you feel important even if it's by email, they don't pressure you to buy. The images on the website are always very neat and have a wide range of discounted prices. I would totally recommend it!

Do NOT waste your time and money on this company. Everything is shipped from China and it takes the slow boat. They also shipped my items separately arriving weeks apart. To compound it, they expect an item to be returned to China within 15 days. It costs almost as much to return the garment as to buy it. They took me for almost $100. Yeah, I'm pissed. They know most people won't sue over a $100 so they continue to get away with stealing from you.
