I am extremely angry and annoyed. I placed my order on the 8th of March 2015, and my order number was RWLKA*******. It said that it would be shipped out in 5-7 business days, but it still has not been shipped out yet! I spoke to customer service twice- the first time they told me that one of my items was out of stock and advised me to cancel it. They then assured me that my order would be shipped out in 2-4 days. A week later-- still nothing! I spoke to them again yesterday and they told me that it would be shipped out either yesterday or today. Still nothing, and the 'chat live!' times seem to be very erratic. Customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. Stay away!
I love it! Cheap and fashionable clothes for a good price... You can get a great product at an amazing price and I can buy easilly since they have free shipping worldwide!

I recently had the opportunity to splurge on anything of my choice! I decided to go on romwe as my sis gets her stuff from here and i always admire the timely delivery which is usually between 5-7 days to receive. The dresses fitted me perfectly. When arrived, they were packaged so nicely i didn't even wanna open it up (haha). I bought a total of 10dresses and i got each for crazily insane prices (they always have one promo or the other)! Their customer service was really impressive, i want to be sure about my size so I had to contact them first and we talked it over. I got just what i wanted!
I have ordered here a few times now and each time they have some problem. This time I ORDERED and PAID for a dress, then they are "out of stock" and won't send me the dress I paid for. If this was a store, they wouldn't let two people buy the same dress.
The processing and shipping also takes a very long time and it is hit or miss with the quality of clothes

The Halter Neck Black Mesh Dress is so gorgeous, the second I saw I loved it and knew that that was the dress I wanted to wear to my brothers birthday party that is coming up, I haven't seen them in more then ten years, all of my family that is so I'm excited but they need to realize that just because I am the youngest means nothing because I am an adult and they needed to see me like that. It was easy to order and I was shocked by the low shipping price, it made very pleased and will order more just for that. Then when I got the dress and tried it on it was just perfect, thank you so much and highly recommended!
I had the worst experience i ordered 24 hours items and I'm still waiting is the third week, also in my order is showing a tracking number that doesn't exist, I called fed ex and they say that just the label was created and doesn't exist any packet... I sent an email but they don't respond

Let me start from the very beginning here...
I placed my order on 02-21-2015, I received free "express" shipping... they state it takes 3-5 to ship out an item and 5-15 to receive your package. I just TODAY, 03-20-2015 received MOST of my order, I am still waiting on a pair of shorts that have not even shipped a MONTH later! When contacting customer service they said it was because of Chinese New Year, which i would have been totally okay if they could have let their customers know there would be delay from a holiday (which you think they would since they ship all around the world and not everywhere even knows there is a Chinese New Year.) BUT when responding to me a second time they stated it was because of a COMPLETELY separate delay... still no time estimate of when any of it would ship out...
Anyways, on to the next topic... sizes! Everything fit, but I ordered it larger than my size on purpose because I planned to wear all of the shirts with leggings so therefore I wanted the shirts to fully cover my butt, I personally checked the measurements the website provided and they are ALL incorrect on all the shirts I received... none of them are the length stated, another lie on their website!
Last but definitely not least, the customer service is, for lack of a more satisfying AND fitting word, SH*T. They offered no help in all of this, besides trying to make it better by giving me a 55% coupon off of my next purchase (... YEAH RIGHT! I will never order from them again) but also I know all about trying to make a customer FEEL like they are getting a good deal and that you are "sorry" so their 55% coupon doesn't mean anything... you get about $5.00 total off of your next purchase...
I can't even wait to see how much trouble they TRY to give me about returning my stuff and giving me my refund... I will make sure everyone I know NEVER orders from here.

I ordered my clothing almost two weeks ago, paying for express (3-5 day) shipping and the clothing still hasn't shipped. I ordered specific clothing for specific events and I am going to have to go out and buy other clothes for it because my things did not come in the time they said it would. BE WARNED- when buying clothes from ROMWE, they do not include the multiple weeks it takes to process your order in the shipping time period. Highly discourage unless you're willing to wait a month for clothing you paid money to get in a week. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is the worst site I've ever come across! Love the fashion hate the customer service! I have now been waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive, on changing it up today I have found out its been delivered to a different country! After spending £60 I would have thought I would have my items by now! What service don't offer a customer phone number?! It's so disgraceful and they take at least 2 days to email you back! I placed an order on March 7 2015 of $277.and change I ordered 17 peices this includes free express shipping to Canada with a process time of 3-7 business days (China time there are a day a head of us here in Canada) it has been 10 business days so what should of taken a week is now almost three and my order is still stuck on processing.my frustration comes from businesses that do not comply with their own procedures and policies this is a great inconvenience to customers who need to have products for event, wedding, party, work etc not to mention misleading it can also be considered lying to your customers you break a bond and trust when you do not deliver on a promise. Someone from customer service could at least advise on issues instead of leaving customers in limbo to wonder what as happened I will tell everyone I know and who will listen not to do business with romwe.com I hope once I receive my order there will be no further disappointments or issues with oder RWHZH*******

I received my order about 3 weeks after this review and half the merchandise did not fit even after following the size chart luckily I have a petite 12 yr old who could fit these clothes. This site has really nice things but it's all up to chance how fast you'll receive your stuff and if they will fit it really is a gamble... do you feel lucky?

Awful company, after taking over 3 weeks to receive the items.
I finally received my cardigans which in fact turned out to be jumpers.
They were the same items of clothing but they were badly stitched all the way up the middle.
I have been toing and froing with the awful romwe customer service staff and they advised they can only give me a coupon even though I spent £70 on their site and I also incurred further costs as I had to order more clothes elsewhere as the ones they sent were not wearable.
I have received terrible replies from them they even told me to list the products on ebay!
They said the only refund they could give me was 25%! I am of course argueing with them if they respond to me.
I also left a review on Romwe when I first received the items and they wrote on the review they will give me a full refund and now they have decided they do not want to do this.
I have sent them images of the clothing twice yes it still makes no difference.
Please do not use this company you will be scammed!

I purchased an iphone case from them as I couldn't find it anywhere local and was willing to wait out the shipping time; it arrived slightly later than expected but it was in great condition too and the quality was really nice. The only reason I'm not giving them full marks is because it took slightly longer than expected but I don't blame them for that as estimated dates for international shipping is not always reliable. Shipping costs were as expected; this is coming from China and the costs on the website were also fairly reasonable. I am very happy with the item and the overall experience of buying from them, I will revisit their shop in the future!

It does not necessary sound very rude to choose a dress for my girlfriend without consultation. I work online and I see many things she does not see. I tried ordering what the ROMWE Floral Print Pleated Black Dress and anticipated to use it as surprise gift. I ordered the dress straight to her address. I did not consider how long it would take but surprisingly she called in the 8th day and asked whether I had sent something her some news. I think ROMWE does it very well when it comes to shipping. For my girlfriend, I did mean to chose a cloth you never like but no woman would pass by and fail to turn her eyes of a floral short dress. Life goes on!
