Ordered something on Romwe and 2 weeks later received an email saying my order is being delayed. I complained on SiteJabber, and Romwe representative got in touch with me straight away. My order arrived shortly afterwards.
THE CLOTHES ARE NOTHING WHAT THEY LOOK ON THE WEBSITE
1. The clothes are very badly made. The clothes look as if they were made by people with no sewing skills working in a rush. Seam puckering and threads hanging in the most visible areas such as the neckline.
2. I ordered sizes according to the guidelines on Romwe (I am size 4-6 US). I ordered L and XL from Romwe, as the guideline suggested. Still, the skirt marked XL fit small.
3. Fabrics were cheap which made the garment look very different than the one on the photo. This skirt http://www.romwe.com/Zipper-Flare-Blue-Skirt-p-*******-cat-682.html is made from the cheapest scuba-like fabric which will make you sweat the first minute of wearing.
Out of 4 items I ordered, I'm keeping only one blouse http://www.romwe.com/Blue-Plaid-Contrast-Floral-Embroidery-Blouse-p-*******-cat-670.html, even though it has a visible seam defect. The other 3 items are so bad, I cannot bring myself to wear them. Will donate to a local clothes bank.
THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT ROMWE IS THE COMPANY'S QUICK REACTION TO SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS.
I ordered loads of bikinis from Romwe and was surprised with how good quality the quality was considering how cheap they are, until I opened the final bikini and realised it was not the one I ordered. Sent them a ticket hoping they would use the obvious solution and just send me the bikini I ordered and let me return the one they sent me. Instead they offered me 5USD compensation... obviously I was not happy with that after sending pictures to prove their mistake so instead they offered me 8USD... as if that's any good to me. I continued to ask to swap for the bikini that I ordered and they started sending me completely irrelevant replies about the sizing etc when they know fine well the sizing is not the issue. Completely shocked with the lack of good customer service as someone who has worked in customer service for years. THEY made the mistake and their solution is to compensate me with 8USD? Which is not even nearly enough to order and ship the bikini that I actually ordered. You would think as it is their problem they would be doing their best to give me what I want but instead they couldn't care less.

I ordered a few bikinis on March 4 for my vacation on March 19. I selected express delivery. I thought this would give me plenty of time to receive my shipment before my trip. On March 13, I still hadn't received a "shipped" confirmation, so I live chatted with one of their customer service reps. She informed me that the order was delayed because one of the items was out of stock, a detail that I was not informed of via email. So basically, my order just sat there unable to be shipped and nobody bothered to alert me.
So I told her to cancel that one item and ship the rest of the items ASAP. Then she tells me it will take another 24-48 hours to process and THEN another 3-5 business days to ship (and that's express!), which means it wouldn't be guaranteed that I receive my order by the 19th. What were they doing in the 9 days since I first ordered? And how long was my order just going to sit there if I hadn't contacted them?
But that's not all. When I express my disappointment in their service, the rep named Kathreen responds, "I already cancelled your order" and disconnects our chat! No apology, no niceties, no customer service whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.
UPDATE: Another customer service rep has reached out to me to apologize and offer a discount on my next order after I posted this review, of course. If only they had this type of customer service from the start, people wouldn't be writing these reviews. While I think it's fair to post this update, I also think it's fair to keep my original review.

I ordered and decided to cancel order like 5 min later because of clothing being made of polyester and haven't received my refund
I am 16, i got 60% off my first order so with the 60% off i paid $130 + $26 for taxes and duties. The service was good i placed my order and the next morning it was processed and then was at my door 5 business days later.
BUTTTTT nothing was actually the same measurements it said on the site (and i checked every measurement to make sure).
I bought 3 maxi dresses, the one is too short and feels like a halloween costume, the other is completely see-through and the last is WAY too big in the bust (i bought a small)
I bought 1 short dress and its unwearable! On the website it looked flowy but its actually so tight it could be a slip, its see through, and the side of the bust doesn't cover anything.
I also bought two skirts they are both WAY smaller in the waist then what the website said they would be, and the one is also way wider in the hips then the website said.
I bought 2 cropped tops, the one is okay the other smaller in the bust and sleeve length.
I bought 1 flowy tank top that is too small in length, and bust
And i bought a cardigan which is also okay.
So out of the 10 things i bought 2 are okay and the rest is beyond awful! I cant wear any of it its either too short too big and too small.
So disappointed!
They have emailed me and offered to fix the items that the measurements were wrong on.

I ordered 4 items, which took them over 10 days to process, and just received the clothing today. A friend also ordered several items and just received them a few days ago. I was very excited to finally be getting my clothes. Until I touched them. They feel so cheap. That wouldn't be an issue, because they were cheap, if they fit. Only one item out of 4 fit me even though I ordered the correct size according to their size chart and measured myself several times as well as getting measured by a seamstress. The coat barely fit over my shoulders and doesn't come close to buttoning even though it should have been roomy acording to their size chart. It also felt very cheap. The pull over sweater wasn't even long enough for my torso despite it being the largest size, which is normally too long for me, and had a weird foamy texture. The white slouchy off the shoulder shirt was very tight and not off the shoulder at all. The item that does fit is cute, feels worse and heavier than expected but it fits.
My friend had the same experience as me and we both plan on returning items.
If you're very thin with a small bust it might work but I'm average, plus sized clothing is way big on me, with a medium to large bust and it didnt work. Don't trust their size chart too much.
Their customer service was decent, got back to me in about a day, they're busy I understand that, and were polite.
