Recently i bought a dress from ROMWE, i am really surprised to see that its fits me perfectly.
I am also happy to see the quality of the dress.

I am assiduous to buy with them and I am very happy, 90% of the things the quality is phenomenal, the sizes are more and more similar to the normal sizes and it is not so small size...
Ordered my package a month ago, have yet to receive anything or hear anything. It says my package is delivered, yet nothing! I paid $30 for nothing & cant get ahold of nobody. Worthless!
I love the store, it has good quality products, and the shipping is very fast. I always buy from the same store, their products are very good and cheap!
Okay so this was my first ever online shopping experience... I ordered my item before I'd read any of the reviews. Once I'd read through some of the reviews for Romwe I was really concerned. I ordered 1 size up from what I usually would however, when I read the reviews I decided to see if I could contact Romwe to see if they were able to exchange it for the next size up (good decision). I raised a request within my order on their website and they got back in touch with me that same day (last friday) to let me know they changed the size of the item. I was then expecting it to take at least a month to arrive... oh i was sooo wrong! It arrived today - 5 business days after I ordered it with NORMAL shipping. I was a bit anxious to open the package, fearing the quality of the item inside. Well I was really impressed with the quality (the same quality as something you would get in Topshop or Forever new). Im glad I bought 2 sizes up though because it fits perfectly. My advice would be check the measurements on the site compared to your measurements and buy a size up from that again. Overall great experience from the customer service to the item quality!
I have been ordering from Romwe for years and some of my favourite pieces are from there! I have been wearing some pieces for years and they are still as good as new.
I ordered around 7 items from ROMWE on the 19th August. I didn't read any reviews before ordering so you will understand how I felt when I came to this site and the majority of people were saying they will never order from the website again.
I became even more worried when I could not see any tracking information on the website so I sent them a ticket asking for more information. In a number of hours the customer service team contacted me with a website to track my order from and I could see that my order had arrived in Perth (Australia). The next day my package arrived with all my items.
As far as quality, no its not the quality you would expect if you are paying $80 for a jacket. But you are paying $20 for a jacket so I am quite content with the quality of material. In addition everything fits. I was concerned as even though I wear a size S, I sometimes have issues with the sizing around the hips. Everything fits fine and I am quite happy.
I don't know whether they have had an upgrade of their customer service in recent months or I just simply got lucky, but I definitely wouldn't write this website off completely.

I just recently ordered two sets of items, equaling to 100 dollars, and as I told my friends, they gasped and said the same exact thing I'm reading now. They said it was going to take months to deliver and the sizes would be WAYYYYY to small. I'm debating on cancelling the order now, or taking my chances. Please help! I was lured to ROMWE by Facebook (bugger) a week ago. The clothes looks nice and cute on the right of my screen while I was playing Facebook and I was instantaneously drawn to what appeared to look like a fleece Mickey Mouse sweater. I wasn't sure what size I would be (despite them giving the "measurements") so I decided to get 2 sizes and just to be on the safe side, I deliberately order bigger sizes so at least I know I can still use it as a PJ at home if it was slightly bigger.
Then... I decided to give some other "nice clothes" a try. I purposely chose those that say "Free Size".
Received my clothes today. Man! They were horrible. Very poor quality. Look like they were meant for kiddies (I know they are made in China but sure not everyone look in dwarfs right?
I could hardly fit into any of the 4 T-shirts ordered. They also do not even look like what they looked like on the website!
Most importantly, for the 2 Mickey Mouse "sweaters" which drawn me to this website, they were made of THIN COTTON thinner than my handkerchiefs. How do you suppose I can use them for winter?
This company is a con through and through and should be shut down!

I ordered 3 items from this website after doing some research and reading other peoples' reviews. Most of the reviews mainly talked about how long it takes to ship, and not the quality of the clothes. This is why I was torn at first -- I really was in no rush for my order, and the clothes were a great price and looked really cute on the website, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a skirt, a romper, and a body suit. The items took about a month to get to me --- that is what I expected after reading other peoples' reviews. Of the three items I ordered, I will only be wearing one of them (the body suit). The skirt is a terrible material and looks a lot different from the picture and so does the romper. The romper feels like it is made of the material of cheap halloween costumes that you buy. The reason I had decided to give it a chance was because many of the reviews compared the quality of the items to *, which is a website I order from often. I did not expect top quality clothes for such low prices, but the clothes are of a lot worse quality than *, and in my opinion were a waste of time and money.
Positives- Low Prices
- Clothes Fit fine (I ordered one size up)
Negatives- Took a month to come
- VERY poor quality material
- Clothing does not look like the picture
In my opinion, do not waste your time or money on this website. Prices ARE too good to be true. You are much better off ordering from *!

IM FURIOUS! I was just speaking to *, an online helper. I explained to her that many bikinis they sell are copy righting brands like seafolly which is illegal. She was completely in denial even though it was clear she knew what they are doing wrong. Several friends of mine have placed orders on this site and all up, have lost hundreds of dollars. One of my friends has been waiting 5 months for an $11 t-shirt which im sure she could of saved a lot of time and money buying it at a REAL company! Do NOT listen to all the fake reviews because Romwe workers posted them to trick you all! When i was asking for help on their site, Alice even asked me to rate her 5 stars as if it was like i needed to pay her back for her simply helping me, dont they have enough money from scaming all of us? Not to sound like someone snobby, but the clothes just arrived today. I opened it up, and it stunk. I could just wash it, so I cleared that thought away. Then, I tried the clothes on, and they were way too big, and way too small. I bought these strawberry shorts in a medium, knowing they would be a bit big for me (I'm a small person) but of course, they were very tight. I also bought a shirt that said '1966' and I liked it. But when it arrived, it said something on the back that I didn't like. When I first bought the shirt online, it didn't show the writing on the back.
Anyway, this is off subject, but many of the models were very skinny and unrealistic. They had thigh gaps, and were very skinny. Most websites are like this, but I want to point out that not all women are like this. If you could have different sized models, people could see what it would look like on their body shape.
I'm going to ship the clothes back, but of course, it has a shipping fee.
I advice you not to shop at Romwe. I was disappointed. I need new clothes, but there isn't many places that sell good clothes. I like Hot Topic, but they don't sell jeans and things like that.

-It took over three weeks for items to arrive.
-They were all terrible quality, costume grade material, poor craftsmanship, ill fitting (and I had various items, dresses, shirts, skirts, tops) - NOTHING was wearable.
-I had to pay almost $25.00 in duties.
-I decided to return it all and had to pay over $30.00 more to ship it back.
-THIS IS THE SCAM: They make the shipping process so drawn out and costly and complicated that most people probably don't even bother and romwe just keeps the money.
-It's been two weeks since my return package landed according to tracking and I still haven't heard from them.
Do not shop here.
UPDATED - SEE BELOW* It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order (RWHCY*******) and it still hasn't shipped. It took them so long to process it that one of the items I ordered actually sold out in the meantime and had to be refunded!
The prices are great and I've heard the quality is pretty good, but the slow service is a huge let down. I don't know if I would order again...
*UPDATE: After seeing my post here, a customer service rep. Shipped my package, apologized for the slow service and offered me a 55% off coupon for my next purchase which I thought was really generous and showed they did care.
