I'm a 14 year old girl, freshman in High School, and personally, when I found out about romwe.com I immediately signed up and ordered a bunch of things that in total were over $150. About a week and a half later I got an email saying a sweater that I already paid for was out of stock. Sure, it came on time, but now one of my orders will come separately, creating this huge mess, since I'll be gone next week. Sure, one of my orders came on time, but I ordered 2 bikinis, which looked really good on the models (what doesn't tho) and when the came today, a couple minutes ago, I rushed to try them on. I was disappointed. The bikinis were uncomfortable and the material doesn't even feel like a bathing suit's. A different sweater I ordered was cropped. It wasn't cropped on the website, which is the reason I wanted to get it. I like oversized clothing. I don't have a problem with my body, I'm skinny and healthy but I don't like showing my stomach. Another shirt that I bought looked cute so why the hell not right? It looks okay on me but it's really annoying whenever I raise my hand or something. I don't know if I would recommend it, probably not. From now on, I'd rather just buy stuff from the mall with my friends.
Im from Minnesota, USA, and ordered that blue and pink sweatshirt and am usually a medium, but I like my sweatshirts big AND to be extra careful I ordered an XL... DIDNT EVEN FIT OVER MY ARMS. Sizing way off... never again ordering from China.

My daughter ordered a dress that came 26 days after it was ordered. I went through their terrible customer service and was told to have patience and that the dress would eventually get to us. We had to purchase another dress from a real online store that came several days later. I have filed a claim through PayPal which should be settled soon. Romwe emailed me and asked if I would remove my review because it could hurt their company. They offered me a partial refund. They also gave me the reason why the 24 hour shipping was not honored and why it took 26 days. Apparently, the dress was out of stock and they had to design a new one. I told them that most sites will tell you immediately if something is out of stock so you can order something else! They had no problem taking my money but had no product to ship. I responded that I would not remove the review and that a partial refund was not acceptable. I would gladly return the dress but there was no return information with the order! They do not want to make it easy for ANY returns! I wish I had read the reviews prior to letting my daughter order. Do not order from this company!

Fantastic selection of clothes, something for everyone I'd say. It was very user-friendly and the ordering process was simple. My dress arrived promptly and is of good quality and fit.
I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from this site because it was dirt cheap! As a result I have some good and bad points about it.
Shipping (to UK): Found to be fairly good actually! I used standard shipping and my order was split into two packages, one arrived within 2 days, the other within 2 weeks. They provide tracking info.
Quality: Not bad... what I would expect for £6.99 really! Hasn't fallen apart yet.
Sizing: Awful! I am a size 10-12 (UK) and pretty tall (5'11"), so I ordered everything in a medium. I knew this was a Chinese site and they are more petite, but when I pulled out a pair of jeans they literally looked like children's clothes. The tops weren't too bad though, still on the small side, but the "medium" trousers were easily a petite size 4. I exchanged for XL! Also the shoe sizing for a pair of boots was just so wrong. Fair enough clothing sizes can differ across shops and websites but you would think a UK size 7 (Euro 40) is the same everywhere? Nope! Couldn't even get them on my feet, gave to my little sister who is a size 5 1/2 and they fit her perfectly. But I basically returned everything in exchange for large/extra large sizes.
Returns: Got a quick email response from them with clear instructions, but as the european warehouse is in Belgium, I had to pay £13 postage
For over a week 8days) I have been going back and forth with customer service regarding shipping charges for a dress they sent that was NOT made in the likeness of the dress I ordered. Not only is the dress not what is pictured, it is much shorter and does not have a tank on the top like the one on their site. I've order many things from this website without returning or complaining about a thing. But this 1 item is either defective or just not made like what they are selling on the site. They want me to unpack the dress after I had it ready to ship back and told me to take photos proving what I am saying in order to pay for shipping. WHAT? It is NOT in their policy that customers have to go above and beyond to prove their error when the proof can be mailed back. AND furthermore, why would I lie about a 1 dress out of the many I've ordered before? They are going back and forth with me on email over shipping that would probably cost them less than $5.00 since I am located in the same state where the returns go. I can not believe they would rather lose a customer than pay for shipping for an item that is NOT right. If it did not fit, I would understand. But fitting is not the issue. The dress is either defective or just not the same as on the site and their photos should reflect that or they should send me what I ordered. If that is not possible, then give me shipping money so I can send this dress back. Arguing with a customer about shipping charges is not how you retain them.

1) They will deliver your order but it can take quite a while to reach you. It may also come as multiple deliveries.
2) I'm from the UK and their sizes are approximately 2 too small. I ordered size 12 items and I'd honestly say they were more like size 6. Could barely fit a leg into my shorts, oops (diet time!). But no, they're way off. Order two sizes two big if you're going to buy stuff.
3) Should you want to return items (which you will because they make clothes to fit a race of imaginary super skinny size 0 people), IT COSTS A FORTUNE ... and they don't cover the cost. ALSO, should your order come in multiple deliveries, you may end up having to return one order as multiple returns (hope that makes sense) .. expensive. Cost me £40 to return my order.
4) They don't do a real exchange. You have to return your goods, wait for your refund, and then re-order the size you want. But by this stage you'll most likely be sick of waiting around and not bother.
5) For all of this they have the most complicated returns/ticket system ever. It's just too much faff, for clothes that generally won't fit and that aren't the best quality (but they're cheap so I can let them off with this one ....... if they sizes were correct and I didn't have to send half my order back).

The quality of clothes is absolutely pitiful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I returned my stuff, paid another 15 for shipping, then they only returned the money I paid for the clothes not the entire amount I paid because they won't refund the shipping fee that I paid the first time… The clothes were way smaller than they said, and looked like they were made by five year olds. I was excited to order from ROMWE as my sister has ordered multiple times, and has had success. However, I placed an order June 4. ROMWE states on June 8th, China Flight departure and I have yet to hear (It is now June 16th.) When I tracked my package on USPS, it says that the carrier facility in LA created a label on June 4th and is waiting for the package...
No updates- I am nervous I am going to get jipped off like the other 100 negative reviews. I will most likely not order again... SAD

My items have arrived in the UK approximately one month after ordering. I ordered a gorgeous looking two piece suit with a long sleeved jumper and matching skirt. I checked the measurements before ordering so that I knew it would fit as it only came in one size and I have heard they measure small. By small I never imagined that would mean that the sleeves would be extremely short on the jumper (I'm only 5ft2). Also, the hem line of the front off the skirt was hanging very low in comparison to the rest of the skirt. On both the skirt and the jumper the fabric had been overworked/stretched resulting in a sort of baggy, wavy, untidy finish. Finally there's lots of loose cotton and you can see the threads at the majority of the seams - so disappointed as this outfit was the main reason I purchased from Romwe.
I also ordered 2 plaid shirts - one in green and one in red. The green shirt is very short in length resulting in it sitting just on my belt line so it shows my stomach if I stretch or anything. Also even with the buttons fastened the sleeves are really loose/wide.
The red shirt is a very square shape and probably needs to be worn open with something underneath and with the buttons open for it to look any good.
Overall, yes ok the items were cheap and I guess you get what you pay for, I'm just not certain I will paying for anything from there again...
