Placed a delivery on the 21st of June, delivery estimated ONE WEEK, it's the 1st of July and I wrote asking when to expect delivery, and they said they need a few more days to get everything ready, and still one of the items is not ready, and need couple more days to get it done. Prices are too high for the delivery service. You can get better offers on Bohoo or different other cheap shops, and probably the same quality
They really been very rude to me, hope to get my money back. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

Before i placed my order, i read reviews first so i purchased $84.00 order. I bought items to take on my vacation. From the reviews shipping takes a while so i placed my order on 05/05/2017 and my vacation was at the end of June. The website had a PA announcement that customers may experience up 3-5 days shipment delay due to warehouse upgrade. So i waited 5 days and my items were not shipped yet. I found 2 ways to talk to customer service. The website has a chat option where you can talk to someone, just make sure to provide your order number and date of order. The customer service on the chat option, moved my order status from processing to "Urging Shipment". I waited another 3 days. Then i went on my account and opened a ticket and I send an email informing them i need my items for a vacation. They quickly responded. They asked me when is my vacation. This is where i bent the truth a little. They then informed me that my items were packed and they were just doing quality check and within days my order was shipped. My issue is that we the customers and if we are spending $84.00, $100, or $200 etc... on a company then we have the right to receive our items at a timely manner especially if you are ordering items for special occasions and you need them ASAP. If you place you order with this company and you just seat there waiting assuming someone will ship your items then don't complain. Just keep nagging and send emails until someone does something. The company is in China so that you tell you a little bit more.

I recently purchased the V Neck Split Sleeve Chiffon Dress from ROMWE. I purchased the dress because I was looking for something colorful that I could wear for a date without being too fancy. I was very happy to be able to get the dress for a sale price of $11 when the dress is normally listed at $21. The item came on time without any problems. The dress is a lovely shade of blue that complements my skin and it fits perfectly. After my experience at ROMWE I would definitely purchase more items from them. I already have my eye on the ROMWE Rainforest Print Self-tied Crepe Maxi Dress.

$#*!ing terrible

Clothes made like they got a random off the street and was like "yo! Can you just rip this material in these places? Cheers" and the person just did it, just ripped away. The material is such bad quality, see through with no lining looks great on no one, you can see where the material is folded because you can see through to your skin. The styles are nothing like what they look like, I bought an awesome looking dress with a belt tie, there is no belt tie, instead i got a white potato sack with the rips through it by the person they dragged off the street. They also all really $#*!ing small, I bought a size too big just incase and it's still too small! Not round ways but height ways, would you like a major wedgie in a jumpsuit? If you do, buy this $#*!e! Personally i don't like getting a wedgie in a white see through jumpsuit but hey, each to their own. Best thing for this site is recommend it to someone who is really really mean, tell them to spend loads of money there and they'll look super hot then they wont and you can laugh at the mean person, and now you have become mean, so someone will do it to you, but you already know.

Who sells a 'sweatshirt' that is made out of the same material as what Australians refer to as 'skivvies' (see the Wiggles' shirts)? Who sells a lace up top where the laces come down to your belly button, while in the image they end far above this? ROMWE do this. Not only did they do this, when I tried on the 5 shirts, only 2 were as I expected. That's a success rate of 40%, and if you got that on a test you would fail. Needless to say, I was not impressed. Furthermore, about five minutes after I had tried on the shirts, I noticed what looked like the beginnings of a hive just to the left of my bellybutton. Within ten minutes, I had hives and a bright red, hot rash that extended across my back and stomach and down to the tops of my inner thighs. I am only allergic to one type of antibiotic, as far as I know, but whatever chemical is in the clothes that caused that sort of reaction is something I want as far away from me as possible. The rash lasted for twelve of some of the worst hours of my life. Imagine an itchiness so strong that it actually causes muscle contractions in your legs as you struggle to remain motionless to avoid aggravating the rash. Imagine, dear reader, your regret as you realise that for $90, you have purchased two okay shirts, three that you will never ever be able to wear and a large, aggravating rash.

Needless to say that the only time I would use this website again would be to ship clothes to my worst enemy. Only positive was that it took less than a week for my order to arrive and I'm in Australia. Will update this depending on how my application for a refund goes.

I never write reviews but this company made me so angry!
I paid over $100.00 for items. They were supposed to be shipped express 3-7 days but after 3 weeks they were no where to be seen.
I contacted the company and they said that they had been sent to australia, I live in New Zealand.
They said this was because I had input the wrong address. I checked my details and my address was correct. They then told me they couldnt help and that I would have to organise and pay for my items to be shipped to New Zealand. They refused to admit that they got the address wrong, which was bizarre because I can see on the website it is correct.
The lady was very unhelpful this was her reply
" Hello,
Once we ship out your order, we can't get it back from the toll facility and we also bear the loss, so we couldn't refund you.
And it's your fault to leave the wrong address, so you'd better contact the toll facility and ask them to arrange another delivery for you and you should pay for the delivery.
If you don't, your parcel will be destroyed by toll after some time."

I was pretty shocked with their manner and lack of help. I will never shop there again.
I understand things happen but I was just appalled by their lack of help and rudeness.
DON"T buy from them because if something goes wrong they won't own up.

I'd like to thank Romwe for fulfilling my order and providing a very positive experience with your site. I purchased the Lock Embellished Black Tote for my wife a little bit ago and was hoping she would like it. It was quick to ship and the transaction was very smooth which was great to see. When the tote arrived it was packaged nicely and in great condition as I would expect. I feel as if I got a very good deal on a quality purse that my wife is VERY happy with.
A big thing that I base my experience off of is the convenience of the website and cleanliness. This site certainly meets my expectations. The modern look to the site shows that the company took the time and effort to launch this site, not just throw up some basic boring site like all the others. The links work, the site makes sense, there are not obvious spelling errors, and the checkout was simple and fast. I do not see a reason I would return this tote so I have not dealt with the return side of things with Romwe, but I imagine they are organized and professional.
Overall I would certainly recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a some fashionable clothes/accessories and enjoys getting a great deal. The prices are extremely fair for what you are buying. Paying outrageous amounts for some name brand items is absolutely silly. Romwe provides a sexy product that is well made and for a fraction of the price. Thank you for the great experience I will be returning soon I am sure.

Received my dress in wrong colour. Trying to get it refunded, but the customer service insisted not to refund me my shipping fee. Been negotiating with them and suddenly unable to reply to their email anymore! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lemme start this out with saying I did NOT want to write a review. This is the first time I've done this only because I heard this is the only way to get through to the company. Also I hope this just persuades people not to buy from this company because it's an actual scam. I ordered a couple things off romwe in mid- November and they gave me a tracking number and everything once it was shipped. It said it would deliver by Dec. 1st but a couple days after that they emailed me saying it would be delayed which wasnt a big deal. THEN it emailed me again in mid Dec. Saying my package was "lost" and that they'd ship a new one out and give me a tracking number ASAP. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything so as far as I can see they just stole $30 from me. It took forever to even find a contact email that was valid to tell them about my issue, and I'm still not even sure that they received it since I haven't heard back yet. I've got stuff from romwe before and there werent any issues really, their stuff is just cheap which is kind of expected since it IS cheap. Never buying from here again though, I don't even know that I'll get my money back now that they legitimately stole from me and I have no clue what to do. And I know $30 isn't huge or anything, but for a senior about to go off to college that she's paying for, I'm not about to just give away a whole tanks worth of gas for literally nothing.

Super Slow Shipping
January 2, 2016

I ordered 3 dresses at the end of November and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! When I track it, it says Shipped on December 15, that's two weeks time between when I placed the order and when they shipped it! Today is December 30th, and it looks like I will have to go out and shop for a New Year''s Eve dress. I won't be ordering from here again.

I've ordered from this place once & I dont think I will ever go back for another purchase. My order # is RWLHY*******, which had about $100 worth of items. Initially when I ordered, the Contrast Plaid Hem Loose Khaki Sweater that I wanted was out of stock, and so they told me to contact *******@Romwe.com to make an exchange, which I did, 3 times, which FAILED 3 times because its a nonexistent email. Then, I clicked on the Contact Us tab and I submitted my request form twice, both of which have not received answers within 24 hours which they said they would. The item that went out of stock, I can see is now in stock again and they have made no effort to notify me to say if they will send me that item or if they will refund me. Then, 1 of the 2 items that came in today was the Wine High Neck Vintage Cable Sweater, which had loose threads and a horrible fit (too much fabric at the shoulders) so I went to look on the return policy and sent them an email about the return, which I'm sure won't receive a reply either. Because this item was faulty, I do not think I should have to pay the return shipping out of pocket since it was not my fault that the quality was bad from the very start. They have sent me on a wild goose chase with all of these random and inconsistent emails (*******@Romwe.com, *******@romwe.com, *******@romwe.com) Do not buy from this site! If there is no improvement nor reply from this site in another week, I will be making a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank to get my money back.

I WANT MY PACKAGE
June 30, 2020

My package that I paid 317 dollars for has been stuck at Hong Kong's airline distributing center for TWO WEEKS! That is ridiculous. Not only that, but I was suppose to receive my package THREE DAYS AGO. I payed to much money to have my package delayed for this long. I wouldn't be this upset if ROMWE would just inform me why the flight for my package hasn't even departed yet. I don't want a refund I just want my package. As soon as possible please. I've been anticipating this package for too long. I've been waiting A MONTH for this package. And would like it to be delivered ASAP. ROMWE please contact me as soon as possible and give me information about my package.

Why on earth is DHL asking me to pay more money for my package AFTER ALREADY PAYING YOU FOR DELIVERY ALREADY?! They duplicated me not one BUT THREE ITEMS; my order made U$81 but it does not say ''Casual Leggings x2'' it says: ''Casual Leggings'' and ''Casual Leggings'' if you know what I mean, poor development of the site... They made me spend more money I thought they were different leggings that I picked but NO, same leggings just on a different position on my list.
I still haven't gotten my order so I can't talk about the quality.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER HERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHECK YOUR LIST SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE PAYING, so they don't steal your money.
How is it going to be that the same item is twice in the list instead of saying ''x2''?

Generally speaking I have low expectations when it comes to ordering clothes online. I am aware that the majority of online stores deliver the clothes from China, but I wasn't concerned as long as I would get what I payed for.
I placed an order, payed for express shipping (3-5 business days) only to find out after placing the order and contacting them that it takes 3-7 days to process the order.
So in total, even if you pay for express shipping it would never take less than 2 weeks to deliver your order. Additionally, apparently they ran out of stock, and the processing time was 7 business days, even though when I placed the order it was available.

I simply don't understand why when they send you an email of payment confirmation they don't even mention the time required for order processing. When I actually addressed this issue to them they even said "It should be in the confirmation email", well it wasn't.
Needless to say that when I asked for a store credit for my inconvenience and their policy of deceiving customers, I did not get a response.

I was really happy when I found the Romwe website. The clothes looks great on pictures, but what you get is of a really poor quality. I paid for "express" shipping, which was not express at all - it was about 10/11 days. I submitted a ticket about a delay as I wanted more information about the cause. The result? All their customer support rep. Was able to write me was something like "you can check your order status here...". I submitted a few more tickets, but with the same reply. I was totally mad because I didn't ask about my order status, I asked why it is not delivered on time. I felt like they didn't even care to actually "read" what I had written. I asked for a refund - they didn't deliver the parcel on time, but I just got "it is not possible". Well, that was my first and last order for sure. What it is more, the clothes are not as nice as on photos. The quality is low, and the sizes are completely wrong. I bought 2 things - shorts and jumpsuit, both S-Small size. The shorts was really small, like for a child. The jumsuit was too big. Huge disappointment - terribly service and clothes.
